Was sitting here eating my lunch when an employee walked up to me and said my lunch was missing something…. Then proceeded to give me a free cookie as well as the others dining in. Not sure the reasoning behind it but it put a smile on my face ! Keep up the good work !
Food is as expected, good. The biggest issue is if you try to use the mobile drive-thru experience expect to wait longer than if you ordered normally. Timed it two times for each way and found on average it takes an additional three minutes for the mobile-thru than regular drive-thru on off-peak hours. If they can make times comparable that'd be great.
