I was there tonight 4-1-24. The two young boys working were so angry and clearly not happy to be there. Slamming things around, rude in the way they spoke. I won’t go back.

Portion sizes are so small and don’t care if anything spill on the burrito base while making it . The water to keep rice bowl warm spilled, while making the burrito and didn’t even bother until I asked them (twice ) to replace it .

This place is a joke. Every time we order from here there is at least one thing wrong. Today is no different. Ordered a quesadilla and got the image you'll see below. No chipotle sauce either. So a kid's taco, not even a quesadilla, no sauce, and can't get through to anyone to discuss fixing the order. I'm officially done with this location.

By far the worst customer experience of any chipotle. Management extremely rude and unaccommadating. Seriously, go to a different chipotle. They will mess up, charge you for a meal, not give you the food, and then make you jump through about 30 minutes of customer service hoops to get a refund. Buyer beware.

It should be stated up front that we normally have zero problems with this location and have been coming here for years. However, this Chipotle served us awful food last week (very dry pork/mushy rice) and their resolution, for the 3 people in our family who eat here, is not to simply reimburse our money and genuinely apologize but to give us a 30 day deadline on 3 BOGO coupons to make this “right” despite the fact that I shared we only eat at Chipotle once/month. Like the missing queso that we paid for and never received, they are forcing us to spend more money (within a very tight window) and if we don’t, they win and are rewarded despite their mistakes. Mistakes happen and it’s not a big deal. We’re all human. However, when they happen, the restaurant needs to take ownership and do what’s best for their customers.This type of resolution is only convenient for Chipotle, not the customer that they claim is important. This policy has given my family reservations about returning. Food can be remade and employees can be retrained but the message Chipotle sends with their half-hearted apology is clear. They don’t care enough to do anything that is better for a 20 year customer than is better for Chipotle.For the auto-response that might be coming: we obviously already reached out and this is the best that Chipotle said they can do.

Just moved to the area, and found the worst run chipotle that I’ve ever seen. This place is usually a complete mess and the service is horrible. Talked to only kid that seemed to be working at 8:30pm and he told me that he was a minor and couldn’t participate in what the others that were in the back corner of the store were doing. His hint conveyed the message of lack of accountability by the manager and ownership. Tried to talk to the others and they seemed uninterested in helping as they held fountain drinks in their hands and stared at their cell phones.Because I enjoy chipotles food, I placed an online order for my next visit so I could skip the frat boy atmosphere. When I came to pick up my food after using their excellent app, I saw a line out the door with about 10 people waiting for their online orders. Took over half hour to get food from the expected time in the app. This is not what you should expect from a Chipotle in the other areas I’ve lived.Bottom line, this is not acceptable. I realize the owner probably is happy with their investment in a profitable business like chipotle. But, in the few times I’ve been, there, an outright investigation needs to be done into this matter.Be careful what you invest in, sometimes making money at others expense can lead to potential consequences if you continue to let things go. If you want stuff your pockets with money while your customers stuff their face with burritos, that is fine. But the lack of accountability and responsibility you have taken to let your employees act like that will not be tolerated and again should be investigated.

Do not order online! Always, ALWAYS a huge delay (30-45 minutes average). It’s faster to stand in line. What a waste!

If you plan on coming here do so at least 2 hours before they close! Otherwise they will be out of almost everything and still ask you what you want to order. How can you ask what I want to order when you have no rice or meats? I don't know anyone who comes to chipotle for a bean bowl. I'll definitely never bother coming back to this location. Glad I didn't do a mobile order or I would have to wait to get my money back.
