I came in this evening to pick up an order and the lady put it on. The table roughly, upside down on the bag. No utensils or napkins in it. I had to ask for it. They were cleaning frantically for closing and looked ticked off that a couple customers came in.

I ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s first birthday. When we cut into the cake, we realized that none of the mix-ins I ordered were actually inside the cake. I filled out a form online to let them know about the mistake. Very shortly after, I received a very apologetic voicemail from the store manager and received a full refund instantly. I appreciate the great customer service. The cake still tasted good - it was just plain ice cream inside though.

Recently, I have been to Cold stone, Dublin, OH location and tried Chocolate devotion, it’s so delicious and addictive. They have other great flavors to try.Also found an interesting section in this location - Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory cookies, chocolates and caramel flavored apples. We tried Apple Pie Apple and Cheese Cake Apple, they are super yummy and my kid loved it. We would visit again to try more.

Ordered cake for birthday and when I came to pickup, it wasn’t ready and giving rude response. Last minute went to Greaters and picked up ready available one for birthday party. I wouldn’t recommend for any parties cake.

Ordered a cake for Saturday morning pickup. The cake should have been made on Friday so i could pick it up on Saturday. When I came to pick it up they informed me that they never made the cake and the order was canceled by the system. They also told me it was the second cake of the day to be canceled because they failed to make anything the day before. I never received a notification or any form of communication letting me know the cake was never made.

Chris is not that guy. We waited in line for 40 minutes and at 9:01 he said he wouldn’t serve us and continued to some naughty words and trashing on a fine educational establishment. Chris “claims” he’s the manager but I don’t know how someone of his scooping caliber could run that joint.

Restaurant was filthy and when my daughter ordered her ice cream, she put it on the dirty stone that had the ice cream that the previous customer ordered on it. She didn't mix everything thoroughly and left 1/3 of it on the stone and then said sorry we are out of whipped cream, is that ok? as she was handing it to my daughter. It was dark in there and all the chairs were still on the tables as if they didn't want you to use the dining room. Not a good experience when you pay $7.99 for a cup of ice cream. We will stick to Dell's.

This location never, NEVER has plain chocolate. I am mind blown because every time I would stop by and they were “out”. It’s a basic flavor. You’ll also get a friendly staff person 1/4 times. You never get greeted when you walk in and the staff just stare at you until you decide to speak first. Customer service needs to be addressed at this location.

We came here today and they had almost no ice cream, since we had a gift card we decided to get what they did have and then we found a hair in it. Very disappointing!

We waited in line for 35 minutes and finally left before getting ice cream. Two young ladies were working and spent maybe 5 minutes per cup of ice cream. They still had their DoorDash going and about 5 people were waiting for pick ups. We weren't the only ones to walk out. Don't go here.

Would give zero stars if I could. Waited in line for 30 minutes just to get up to the counter at 9 and be told they are closed now. Wouldn’t take our order after we had waited in the store for 30 mins. Instead of that, they should have locked the door and took care of the customers who got in before 9 and accepted no more. Will not be returning to this location.

Nice location! The ladies were wonderful. Very helpful, kind and patient. Everything we got was very tasty. It was the perfect desert after an evening at the zoo lights. Definitely worth stopping by and giving them a shot!
