Do not buy in this store, I went to get my order and they had the doors closed and I knocked and they realized it was there and THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY ORDER, they are not serious people and they play with the time and money of the buyer, who They were there, it was a thin girl and a thin boy THAT THEY WERE WATCHING THE WHOLE TIME as I was waiting for them to open and deliver my order and they just made fun and never opened the door

I ordered online and was experiencing problems with the order so I called the Donatos in Dublin. I received nothing but disrespect! The female manger Melissa became abusive and hung up on me twice and told me that I should order from another location after I paid 34. Online. Bitter disappointment! Be careful of this location if your just trying to order delivery... Omg!!No customer service skills! Mean peson! None of these young ladies should have a customer service job!

Put in an order at approximately 8:30. Donato’s Dublin took my order and charged me. Haven’t lived in Columbus (Powell) since 2001 and was really looking forward to the thin crust pepperoni pizza. They texted 25 minutes later and said the order couldn’t be fulfilled. No reason. Since I hadn’t eaten, the result was a Google Map filled 45 minutes adventure on the west side of Dublin looking for food. Per Murphy’s, everything that could go wrong, did. I’m EXTREMELY angry at Donato’s doing this to a once-fan. Just shows the magnitude of the sucking that customer service has become. Once, the customer ruled. Now, they could care less the impact they have on someone who puts an order in good faith and pays for it a priori! Shame on you Donato’s! 21 years and I was really looking forward to a Donato’s pizza. You couldn’t have given a crap less.
