Terrible Management in training department. Food delivery service driver left as the order wasn't ready. Took me 50+ minutes to get one donut. This place need proper working Management

Ordered online for pickup at 730 in the morning on a Wednesday.Store wasn't even open when I arrived.Not sure if they have staffing issues like so many other businesses.I still expect a full refund.

I was here 12/16/23. I had no idea they made the donuts fresh and was even more excited when I saw the menu. The guy working the counter in the afternoon was awesome too. I thought I'd want to eat it hot but, holy cow, it was a lot sweeter than I expected. When I allowed the Oreo donut to cool off, it was delicious! Maybe because it didn't feel as oily. Definitely a necessary stop for anyone with a sweet tooth!
Great place for a Saturday morning donut. Every donut is made to order. My daughter loves ordering then being able to watch the process of putting the icing and toppings on.

OMG… these people make your donuts to order… you can watch your donut go from dough to donut right before your eyes. Best donuts on the planet.

Pleasantly surprised. My daughter and I went here after her soccer game because she wanted a donut. GPS took us here and I had never heard of or seen Duck Donuts. My daughter got the chocolate explosion donut and I got a bagel sandwich with coffee. The donut was delicious and made my daughter happy. It was warm, fresh, and didn't have the oddly synthetic flavor and aftertaste of some mass produced donuts. My sandwich was delicious and better tasting than a lot of bagel breakfast sandwiches. The coffee really surprised me because it didn't have that burnt taste like some places and was actually a respectable temperature. I didn't feel like I was drinking coffee that was boiled directly on a hot plate and served to me.
