Five Guys is one of those guilty pleasures that I treat myself to when I need to get back to classic American burgers and fries. The burgers are a great size and you can load on any amount of toppings you want. I have learned that less is more here so that the juices of a dozen toppings don’t run all over the place. The fries are generous and tasty. Is this all greasy? Of course! The bags will be soaked by the time you get them home but the taste? Excellent. C’mon, I said it was a guilty pleasure didn’t I? But a pleasure nonetheless.

Andrew apologized, looked at my phone & told me he would take care of it and would have my order to me in the he next 5 minutes. It came out in 4 minutes. Thanks again, Andrew.

Stopped in for a quick take out, but I had to leave a review because of the friendly staff. I was immediately welcomed when I walked through the door, and helped with my order quickly. The GM of the store even stopped by to to hi.The fries were perfect, btw!
This restaurant is in my neighborhood. The employees are always extremely friendly and patient. The burgers and fries are delicious. Thank you Alfred, Nathan and Zachary!

I've been here a couple times and the burgers have been great every time. Staff were friendly and they got that soda fountain machine with all the flavors. Fries were always kind of burnt though.

Sadly service has gone so downhill. Down, down, down. We ordered on the app and went to pick up our food tonight. We let them know we were there and began waiting and waiting and waiting. Our burgers were done and sitting and sitting and sitting. We let the person working know we saw them and that we knew they were done and he told us that we should not worry because it was a heating table. We didn’t want to stay and wait any longer and we wanted fresh burgers. Not burgers sitting on a heating table. What rude and unresponsive service for very very expensive… and cold hamburgers!!?. One burger was missing cheese and another burger was only 1/2 there. It looks like it broke and they just put it on the bun anyway. Shake Shake on Sawmill Road, just a few miles away, is a much better option.
