Big Guy upfront saw me standing at the register but did not attend to me. He seem decently busy so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I was the only one in line and waited about 9 minutes up front patiently until he came and asked what I wanted. He was also very aggressive and rude while serving us. I even tipped him beforehand. Food was good though the cucumbers were great. Big white guy was just mad at life for some reason.

Incredible tasting ramen with the perfect amount of spice. They did forget my order and had to remake it, but expedited it once I asked. I would definitely visit again.

Tasty food. Slow service. Totally screwed up our kiosk order with wrong items. Did not include broth or extra noodles or extra shrimp cakes—even though I paid for them. Overpriced. Went back to pick up correct order… and they STILL shorted usthe extra noodles. ?‍♂️

After following this places social media online for months, I finally got the chance to eat here. I really wanted to try the Red Dragon Mazemen, as it's been one of their most shown off dishes on their platforms only to find out "it's not available" despite being on the menu and website without any indication that they don't serve it. Instead, what I got was the Junk Ramen, which would've been really good had it not been lukewarm. My first bite was a mixture of cold and warm, which was really off-putting. The food portions are large, but the drink size is really small considering you're laying $3 for a fountain drink too. The staff was very courteous and wonderful and everything else was nice but I really wish my food was hot and fresh and that they would be more clear with what was on the menu. I'm really disappointed and wish I could rate this place higher with how good the food looks on social media.

It is not Ramen like in Japan, so I hope people don’t think it is the same. Looks like it but the taste is different. The food is not hot at all. Nothing worse than eating slightly warm ramen soup! The curry ramen is your basic frozen curry reheated over noodles. Nothing special at all.For the price I was hoping for more something more realistic.Won’t go back for another try.

Who doesn't love Ramen? This was a good excursion to bridge part of Dublin. We got there before their big dinner rush, so the service was good, and the cash register operator was helpful with suggestions. The service time was reasonable. The Ramen was really good. I had their signature Tonkitsu, which was perfect for me. Wifie had the red dragon, which she liked, but I found it to be a bit spicy. We had the Japanese fried chicken as an appetizer, which was very good. The special teas were delicious. The only complaint was that the place got busy and was super crowded, so the front door was constantly open, creating a super cold restaurant. I think that the open door with no wind break is something that they need to address.

Service is great. Just ask them to describe the menu and it will help you decide. If you like spicy they can do that also. My only complaint is there's not enough vegetables. The tufu is the best I have had in Ohio.

We got the ramen. Noodles were good and I appreciated the amount of toppings. The pork in my ramen was ice cold which was the main downside. I’d also like to find a place in all of Ohio that gives you the whole marinated egg instead of just half. My husband said his karaage had good flavor, but the breading was not authentic. Overall it was a decent lunch.

I’m Japanese. This is not authentic Japanese noodle place. The soup is not a soup but it’s ankake sauce that was too thick, dark and not tasty no flavor. Chashu was ok but other than that, overall ramen was really bad.Don’t know why it took the kitchen 30 minutes to prepare ramen but probably that added up to unpleasant experience. My son had karaage and dumpling too but karaage I can tell the oil is not fresh just from the grease and the color. Dumpling looked like it’s from frozen dumpling you can buy at the store. I’ll not come back and would not recommend it.Can’t trust over 1200 review with 4.3 star anymore :-/

This was our first time visiting here, and the person taking our order didn't go over anything on the menu. We didn't know they had more options than what was up on the board. Didn't know you had all kinds of toppings you could add to your ramen. They didn't have any of their appetizers listed or anything. As far as the food, it was subpar at best. The restaurant setting is nice. Might give it another try now that I know there are more options for food.
