Jersey Mikes should give you more options when you place a delivery order!! They should include options for more or less ingredients on all their items!! Otherwise they give you a lot of food for what you pay compared to other sub shops! Maybe management can help out with this request?Vegetarian options: Lots of options!Parking: It’s in a strip mall so it’s first come first served! Never an option for parking except maybe around the holidays or lunchtime!

Gluten free bread is horrible. Don't ever buy that.. I've had gluten free bread before knowing that it's not as good as wheat but didn't expect this horrible taste . I called to ask to make another sub with wheat they said no.

Very disappointed. Doesn’t give the customer what they want. We’ve been going there for years. Just today we went there and they will no long heat up the sub meat unless the customer is pregnant. Is what they told me. Also , gave me a hard time to toast the bread. They stated they have new management and can no longer fulfill these order requests. Well, you just lost some customers, so I hope the new management sees this. We will not be back.

This location is under new management and customer service is horrible!!!!! The old owners and managers were phenomenal! I spend $800-$1000 a month on subs for customers and used to receive a discount for buying so much. New management will not honor a small 15% discount when buying so much on a monthly basis. Bad Bad customer service. Not sure to many other customers spend between $800-$1000 a month on subs! Cmon folks!

I spend $800-$1000 a month on sub boxes to provide to customers, and always received a discount on my orders.Manager said they are not honoring discount anymore. You would think they would want to keep a customer who spends that monthly happy ??♂️New manager was extremely rude!

If you are thinking of going to Jersey Mikes, save the $12 and just take a shot of vinegar ($.13) and vomit. Same difference. Soggy bread, cheap meat, tasteless cheese, zombie employees and veggies SOAKED in vinegar. Hard pass.

Jersey mikes is my go-to sub place!!! You can never go wrong. I always get the #13 Italian, so good! One thing I wish they had is olives... that is the only thing Subway has up on them ! Something to keep in mind though: if you order it mikes way, you need to eat it ASAP! It's drenched in their "sauce" which I think is oil and vinegar, and the bread gets soggy within 10 minutes, so I'd avoid ordering mikes way to-go or for pickup. Overall I love the taste of their food, never experienced bad service with them or a bad sub, 10/10 recommend!

I placed and paid for my order by using the APP.My sandwich (#13, Mike’s way) was just the way I ordered it, and ready before the quoted time. I wasn’t sure when I walked in as the line was long. But it moved very steadily, and people were in and out for DoorDash too.The dining room had a fair amount of people too.I’m coming back to this location again!Parking: Shopping center parking lot. Lunchtime kinda busy, but no trouble finding a good spot.

My husband ordered the giant super sub. It was delicious. I got a ham and turkey sub and loved it. Subs were very fresh and the service was fast. Friendly staff.

Just went into this location at 8:15pm and wanted to dine in. Door said they close at 9:00pm Was told that their dining room was closed. Very rude customer service. Family of 6 just wanted dinner. Easily $80 of food walked out the door!

I'm actually not a huge sandwich person anymore but I've heard that Jersey Mike's is better than other sandwich franchises.Decided to stop by and get the #7 Turkey and provolone sandwich with the usual fixings. It's cool watching them slice your meat. You do taste how fresh everything is.I always thought that Jimmy John's was pretty solid. Id get their food on occasion when I used to work nearby one. But this is even better than JJ and my high school and college years eating Subway!The sandwiches are large! I saved the other half for lunch the next day. Very delicious!The workers are really nice. I'm sure it's quite a repetitive job but they were all personable.While i don't eat sandwiches much, I would come back if I'm ever in the mood!
