40 minutes to drive 2 miles, I ordered a hot sandwich which arrived very late and was cold. Our driver was from door dash, and I watched as his car drove all around the neighborhood but did not deliver the meal. Very frustrating combined with service far below the norm.

I've repeatedly enjoyed their Original Italian sub for years. This time, I tried their Philly Cheesesteak and was very disappointed. I ate less than 1/4 of a regular size, then threw away the rest of the sandwich. Had I eaten the sub in the pleasant and clean atmosphere of the Jersey Mike's Subs seating area, I would have returned the sandwich and asked for a refund. Perhaps I enjoy the cooked-before-my-eyes flavor of Penn Station's Philly Cheesesteak much better. Regardless, I will not order another Philly Cheesesteak from any Jersey Mike's Subs.

We were very impressed with the food and service when they opened but it’s gone downhill. I ordered subs on the app and was given time to pick up. When I arrived, there were 2 workers and a line of people. I asked about my order and was told “it’s not ready yet. We are short -staffed”. I was then ignored for 15 minutes as they worked the line. I understand they were busy, but I would have gotten my order faster if I had gotten in line. The online orders were not being made. They should have suspended online orders until they were caught up. I asked again about the order and the girl snapped at me, “ I’ll make yours next honey”. Of course the order was wrong.I’ll go back to my old location even though it’s further away.

I hate to do this because I love jersey mikes food but this location is not very good so far. I’ve been on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times the employees are talking with no gloves on until I come in. Once I come in they start making all of the online orders piled up and I have to wait for all of those to be done before my walk in sandwich is done. So far my average wait has been 20 minutes which for a sub place with no other customers in person feels like a problem.
