My husband and I stopped here and ordered the most simplest items….he ordered a potato bowl and I ordered nuggets with fries and we both got a sweet tea. To begin with…the lady who took our order barely spoke English and she certainly had a hard time understanding the difference in #2 and #10. We received our food and it was missing a fry but most importantly the mashed potato bowl was 90% gravy, maybe 2 tablespoons of potatoes and only 2 pieces of chicken and the most disgusting thing was the sweet tea…it was SOURED TEA!! It had to have been at the least 4 day old tea. You could smell the sourness in it. I wish I would have smelled it before I took a drink. So we go in to get the issues fixed and this lady was unbelievably rude and when she “re made” the potato bowl she put every ingredient in separate containers so it was a “build your own” mashed potato bowl. It was only her and one other person in there working. Don’t waste your time going here!!!

I am a Uber eats driver every time I come up here the manager with a bob tells me the order has be handed out already now this is the 3rd time this has happened yes I know it could happen but it’s starting to be a repeated cycle. And she has the nerve to tell me I’m not going to argue with you after I ask her like this is the 3rd time can yall just make it. She was very rude and was putting her hands in my face. As a driver for postmates this doesn’t happen nowhere but here. Y’all have to step it up! And every time I come it’s dirty.

Every time I go through the drive through or the one time I've doordashed half my food doesn't come or the order is wrong. And I mean half the FOOD not half the order- no chicken on the famous bowl or the smallest pieces of chicken and shorted, or all breading on the chicken. Ask for pickles no Mayo? Get double Mayo no pickles. The people are usually nice but the last 4-5 times I've gone through the last year it just keeps getting worse. I keep going back because they seem kind and I assume it's a rough day but every time I'm disappointed to find half my food isn't there or the order is flat out wrong. The prices went up, sizes went down, it isn't worth it.

Only 2nd time ever visiting this location. I was the only person in line. The workers were handling the drive through line. A few saw me standing there. Never acknowledged me or said someone will be with you, just looked at me and kept on working. After a few minutes of this, I politely left to go somewhere else where customer service is still a priority.

The cashier had a great voice and she seemed to understand what I was telling her for my order, but when I got my food I was proven wrong. I asked for the Chicken Sandwich Big Meal with KFC sauce and nuggets. I pulled up and paid without her saying anything else except the price of the meal. Once I received everything, I pull away and taste my drink (Dr. Pepper) and it tasted stale. Okay, fine. That happens, what about the rest of the meal? The fries were best thing she served to me, even though there weren't even warm. The chicken sandwich was STALE! I couldn't finish it even though I was starving and hadn't eating all day. The pickles and mayo looked weird as well. This is a safety hazard at the VERY least and I will be contacting corporate about it. The chicken nuggets tasted like they were left out on a heating lamp. It was an overall terrible dining experience. DO NOT go here until they have a change in management or until they go out of business.

I just came from KFC on Sawmill Rd.? I ordered 2 chicken breasts, 2 biscuits and mashed potatoes. My order came to almost $19.00. The girl at the window told me to check my order when she handed my bag of food to me. I did. I saw 2 biscuits that were on top of the chicken packed in a small box. I saw 2 pieces so I didn’t dig any further. The mashed potatoes were tossed in the sack with the fork and napkins.I get home and there were NO BREASTS. There were 2 THIGHS! So I paid just a hair under $19.00, for 2 thighs, 2 biscuits and 1 mashed potatoes and gravy.This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. First time I didn’t complain, this time I am.Shouldn’t your employees know what parts of the chicken they sell?? It’s called TRAINING!!This is the last time I visit this restaurant. And everyone I know, will not be visiting it either.The Colonel would not be happy.
