Kroger cashes check and processes credit cards for thousands of dollars of store cards from felons with masks, ball caps, sweaters on in summer, etc. The police have videos of criminals and cannot identify them and Kroger does not even try to get positive IDs. If I were a lawyer, I would class action sue them for millions.

This Kroger is so close and would be so convenient for me... but it's such a hot mess that I try to avoid it at all costs. I've been shopping at this Kroger off and on for 6 years and they've been doing renovations for at least 5 of those years. Aisles and products are moved at least monthly, and bless their hearts but the employees can't keep up either. There's more space in this Kroger dedicated to Starbucks and the florist than there is to produce and dry goods combined. They did recently add a second cluster of self-checkout kiosks... but I've only ever seen one side of the self checkouts open. For some reason, this Kroger also seems to be more expensive than other Krogers I've been to (Marysville, Hilliard, the other Dublin Kroger) and I don't know why that would be. Their pharmacy is severely overworked and understaffed and appears to be a revolving door when it comes to staff retention. Overall, this Kroger is so close to so many neighborhoods that it could really be such a great convenient shopping spot, but they're currently missing the mark hard.

One of the most poorly staffed, disorganized grocery stores I've ever shopped at. Saturdays are a huge grocery shopping day, but this location responds with only two aisles open and one of the two self-checkout stations open.

The store was very clean and it is open late which is convenient. Staff was also friendly and helpful. The bad news is they were out of SO many things. Like bare shelves where food should be. I have not seen a store this picked over since deep in Covid times of 2020. Ended up not being able to find about half the things on my list.

Worst grocery store ever. Was walking in passing a green Honda CR-V. Had a dog in it it was 80° outside the dog was in there for over 50 minutes. Called Kroger to see if they can make an intercom message telling the owner to come get their dog it is too hot for the dog to be in the car. Family member was inside at the store I was next to the car making sure the dog doesn't pass out they never made an intercom went and told them and they said we did lie to my face they don't care about that what would they do if there's a baby in the car.

We needed to shop for Sunday dinner. We wanted to avoid crowds due to COVID-19 so we arrived at the store at 6:45AM. I took us about 1/2 hour to shop, had a cart full of items, and we were ready to checkout by about 7:15AM. Not one cash register was open. Not one! So now we're forced to use self checkout. The elderly store attendant offered her help, but coming into contact with her, as nice as she seemed, would totally void the reason we had come to the store so early - to avoid direct contact with others. After checking out most of our items the cashier shows up. Sorry. I'm late. Who's to blame? Management. If he/she had to man a register himself/herself that's what should have been done. If the manager didn't know his cashier was late it's still on him/her. I'm done with Kroger's. If you open at 6:00AM you should be ready to serve customers

This location has major inventory issues. They almost never have the items that we are looking for and despite giving that feedback consistently in surveys, the shelves remain bare. It's been over 5 years and they still cannot figure out how to make sure they have organic broccoli and Alexia brand tots in stock. Go to the location on bridge street. It's smaller, but consistently provides a better experience.

I went this morning during Senior hour (7:00-8:00am) and was greeted with a smile from 2 employees. I watched as they politely asked younger people to come back after 8:00. THANK YOU!! The produce was well stocked and I even found a chuck roast. There was little in the pasta aisle, but I've found that in other stores since the virus started. Just want to thank all the employees for keeping us supplied during these hard times!!

The grocery store part is amazzzzinnnnnnggggggg :) Lots of items I can't find in the other surrounding Kroger locations. The pharmacy is not so great. Went to pick up a refill on an existing prescription. It was ready but had to wait in line 40 or so minutes (!) to retrieve it- LOL it was bad- I had to take a restroom break from waiting in line and trade off places with my hubby. There were 3-4 employees back there and only 1 checking out guests. I transferred our scripts here from CVS but maybe I should just go back because it was so crazy/understaffed/busy/whatever was going on there I don't even know.

I will never use this Pharmacy again. Three days in a row I am told my script would be ready by 5:00. Three days I wait in a seven person deep line to be told, 'sorry.' 'It will be ready tomorrow.' Shamefully bad service.

The worst pharmacy ever. Always slammed and always a wait. Came back 3x today to get my kids antibiotics, over 40 min wait each time until it finally was ready.

I love this store! I am here at least once a week. Good savings and nice people.

Was super low on gas, so I went to fill up. I went to the counter to use my card and I was told I wasn't able to because it was my mother's card, which is understandable. Obviously, I was slightly annoyed, because I desperately needed gas, but I understood why. After the cashier reluctantly handed my card over, I went to my car to go somewhere else, when the man behind the counter comes to my car to and starts grilling me on how I don't understand how being a cashier works and how I need to have respect. The man behind has taken my card a number of times, and I was already in my car to go to another gas station, yet he felt the need to come to my car and berate me on how to be more respectful towards him. It was absolutely unacceptable for him to approach me in that manner, and I will not be coming back to this Kroger.

Both technician and pharmacist are top notch! This pharmacy definitely has an All-Star team and will go beyond expectations!
