Definitely my last time going here. I ordered a specialty pizza and added jalepenos and onions. They got the extra ingredients right, but didn't put the meat on the pizza. How does something like this even happen? I got a side container with a handful of microwaved ham and chicken to put on the pizza myself when I got home. This is the fourth straight time I've had an order messed up.It's just a few blocks from my house, it's cheap, and it typically doesn't taste bad. This particular restaurant absolutely needs closed for a week and everyone needs retrained, badly. There's a need for extra staffing as well, as they are always shorthanded it seems. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:02. I got there at 6:07. After all the waiting around, I got back in my truck with my half assembled pizza at 6:38. A new all time low for this place with all things considered that happened on this order. I felt bad for the girl working up front because she was working hard and wasn't the one who messed up my food. Other customers were standing around inside when I got there, so there were people there who waited even longer than I did.

Pizza is okay, it's "just" pizza. It's been hard to find a pizza joint in the Columbus area worthy of 5 stars. :(

Little Caesar’s does better than what I have received from this location multiple times. Tonight was the worst of it. 30 minutes late (don’t care about that but when the receipt is black from sitting in the hot bag at least have the order right) pizzas were lightly cooked floppy and very sad looking. No crust toppers, missing ranch, cheesy bread didn’t have garlic butter or romasean. As a former marcos employee I try to stay brand loyal but this place needs some quality control before I can return

Wife and I just got home with our chicken bacon wraps.. we had to split one because one of them was burnt.. nothing but dough.. there wasn't 2 straps of bacon on both wraps and I doubt there was a table spoon of chicken on both wraps. This food was greasy and should never been served to a customer.. this place was good but not now.. last time we will do business here..

the estimated time for the pizza was 7:01, its 7:32 now that it arrived. my shipment of workers came in before the pizza did, which is absolutely insane considering they usually take 3-5 business days to get here. & as soon as the pizza arrived, the worker ate it right infront of us! the crumbs were fire not gonna lie, but there was some weird white glaze that i assume was not made to be on the pizza, but it added surprise flavor!

This location used to have amazing food and delivery. Delivery is NEVER on time even after an hour and pizza is always cold and greasy. We have given them multiple chances hoping things would change, but always a disappointment.

Never received my order. Nobody called and nobody bothered to pick up the phone. So now I'm sitting here at work looking stupid because I told my 2 coworkers I ordered them food and yet there is no food to be eaten.

I called to ask a question about an e-mail offer I received on 10/25 and was on hold for an hour and no one ever answered! I have seen other reviews for the last few months about orders that were supposedly ready for pickup but the customers had to wait 30-40 minutes. Maybe this location is severely understaffed?

August-October 2023 Cosgray Rd Dublin, OH Be prepared to wait for your online or app order when you pick up for at least 20-30 minutes. This was the second time in 2 months that this happened to me. The first time I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt busy weekend and all. This time I ordered online and when my order said it was ready I got to the store about 5 minutes late. When I arrived 4 other people were waiting on their orders. No one asked any of us what our names were or what orders we placed. I could see one person working on trying to get all the orders out of the oven and they were backing up on the table and in the oven. As he was trying to make sense of the orders he did not ask for help until it was mounds of boxes and orders sitting at the edge of the oven. Then he told one girl to stop making pizzas and trying to make sense of the orders while he goes and makes a phone call! During this time around 6 other people walked in to pick up orders and no one was asked any questions or greeted. Up to 10 people now waiting on orders. Once the man was off the phone he came back and started helping the other employee he told to try and put orders together. By the time one pizza was taken out of the oven due to the backup it was all misshaped and burnt. They had to toss it and remake it. They finally started calling names of orders and the first 2 orders they called no one was there for. After that I proceeded to interject and say why don't you start with asking names of the people that are here first and getting their orders ready. All in all I had to wait 35 minutes in the actual store for my online order. That said it was ready for pickup 40 minutes before that. I went to the website to leave feedback and their feedback system was horrible. My recommendation is that if you live close to this location and have a costco membership. Order pizza from costco instead!

This location values cutting corners than cutting pizzas. I placed my order 50 minutes prior to closing and showed up 20 minutes prior to the closing time and the doors were unlocked and I was greeted by two woman on their phones saying it was closed. Absolutely unbelievable.

Crust doesn’t seem handmade and was an odd texture and taste. Was super floppy and toppings were not great. Unfortunately I doubt we try it again.

Even though they’re website wasn’t working, I was still able to order by calling. They helped me get what I wanted quick and efficiently. I could hear other calls in the background, yet they still got my order quickly. I was greeted in a welcoming manner and they gave me what I wanted with a smile on their face. The pizza also tasted very good ???!!
