I had a veggie sandwich, nachos, and carrot cake. All the food was really fresh and tasted great, and the cake especially was huge and was a great dessert. The nachos were suprisingly big! I'll be going back for sure.

Wasn’t a fan of my sandwich . It had tomatoes on it when I requested no tomatoes.it was soggy and cold by the time I got it. Soup was good. Crackers were stale.$24

Let me just say if you are black this is not a place for you. Everyone will get treated well, greeted and smiled at by this Indian lady working at the front, but the moment a black person shows up she immediately gets rude, doesn’t want to talk to them and immediately switches up, all smiles and talkative soon as a white person shows up. How do i know that, because they are super slow so I was able to witness all these interactions and ooh yaa I was the first black person she treated like that, but then I thought am tripping and maybe biased too. So I waited to see how she would treat another black person, Yaa that’s when I knew she had issues with black people because she treated this old man exactly the same way she treated me. To me , your customer service reflects your restaurant so if you are black and ready to get offended, go ahead and go there.

Our school district had a Teacher Work Day last week and my team (along more than a dozen other teachers from the district) descended upon McAlister's for lunch. We chose them because they had several gluten free and vegetarian options for our various colleagues (and some of the best carrot cake in the state). :) Despite the onslaught of hungry teachers, the crew at the Dublin McAlister's got everyone through the line, to their tables (or out the door, for carryout), and fed swiftly and courteously. Celina (the MOD that day/shift) even came over to check on us - she apologized for the slow service - saying they were short staffed that day (it wasn't slow, but we certainly feel for her, we know a thing or two about being short staffed). We were all very impressed and left with full bellies and leftovers. We'll definitely be back.

I got a pick 2 and chose the Italian club and the chicken tortilla soup. I didn’t really care for the soup. It was more gritty and less creamy than I desired. The sandwich was a good size but seemed ordinary for it being an upgraded signature sandwich. This was my first time here and I’d try it again. I didn’t get them personally but the loaded nachos looked awesome.

Decent food with good quality! Typically good food, never an issue with that. Have ordered several times for work lunches. The food is always good quality and arrives timely. Sometimes the alternates arn't quite right... but at least the food allergy requests were abided by. The only beef is that the small things get missed from time to time. Recent order nobody got their pickle with the sandwiches when all six of us wanted a pickle and my bread and additional condomints requests were not adhered to. A previous time I ordered a half sandwich and half salad and my sandwich had a tiny slice of tomato and one leaf of lettuce when I asked for extra lettuce AND tomato. Just kind of a bummer b/c the small things do add up and make a difference, but ... it's a busy lunch time establishment and I get that things get missed. Prices are decent and service is ALWAYS timely!
