Always out of everything and I mean ALWAYS.I'm a fan of the green smoothie and the Mac and cheese and they're both always sold out. One time I used a giftcard I got for my birthday to order a meal and they cancelled it without calling. When I called they said the giftcard would be refunded and it wasn't, also the lady was rude. Another time they called me and they said they're always sold out because they cater all the time since they're in the middle of a business complex but why are they not receiving more product so they can still serve other customers?! I recommend the one on sawmill and not this one.

I was using the self serve machine to place my order, unfortunately, it's not working. I approach the counter staff, who was the rudest person I've met.She raised her voice at me when I told her that I've got more then one sip account and asked for 2 cups.Terrible service ever @ dublin ohio store on Jan 15 at 10.30am.

There was nobody up front to help me understand how to order. Then when I did order the kiosk, 90% of what was on the menu was listed as "sold out". Nobody came to help me, then it didn't accept the gift cards, then it didn't accept my credit card. Then after 10 minutes of figuring it out, I finally had to wait for my order. The whole experience was at least 25 minutes. Then, it is a carryout only. Nobody up front, not a single person spoke to me the entire time I was there. I actually had to call the manager on my phone to figure out how to order.

I'm not sure why they are rated so low. I've been here a few times and had no issues. Service has been decent and food is as good as any other Panera. The atmosphere inside is a little meh just because it's all just terminals for ordering and pickup shelves...but this will likely continue to be a trend as most places will hide the people and have uot interacting with computers and robots. :P5 stars from me anyway

disgusting!!! walked in and it looked completely abandoned. by far the worse panera i’ve ever been in. there was no bakery items for sale, half the things on the menu were sold out. the food was even mid. One star is the minimum but if I could I would give it negative 500. there were no tables so my crippled arthritis knees were hurting terribly while standing!

Horrible. Kiosks work very slowly. No coffee ready. Had to wait for coffee even though I paid. Only one person working. I may need to leave w/o coffee I paid for wait May make me late for an appointment.

Don’t go here. There was no coffee ready. Of any kind. They need to hire another person to work here. Only one employee.

I don't know why ingredient supply and food freshness continues to be an issue, but this location has struggled with both for a long time now. I've been forgiving because of larger supply chain issues, but area competitors (both local and chain deli's) are not struggling with these issues anymore lately. It's not uncommon to find more than half of their menu either totally out of stock or have ingredients out of stock for WEEKS at a time. The last couple of salads have had sad, wilted, yellow lettuce and looked a day away from tossing in the trash. I finally have reached the point that I can no longer keep giving more chances to turn things around, it's clear the management just does not care about making sure there is fresh and plentiful inventory. Given the high prices, too, clearly that money is not going towards having consistent, fresh, high quality ingredients.

I am from St. Louis and many of you may not know the Panera was started as "St. Louis Bread Company" and growing up, I loved this place because the food was always fresh, with great value as far as price and always a welcoming atmosphere. I would say things are definitely not as they were. First, they removed the water cups, so you have to ask for one. I ordered the French toast breakfast sandwich, and the bagley was warmer than the egg. My egg was cold and definitely not the quality I expected. Also, this sandwich is pretty sticky, so grab some extra napkins. I also ordered a pumpkin muffin. It was good nothing to jump up and down for, but my meal was $10, which is just crazy for the quality, in my opinion. I went to sit down at a table, and it had stickey spots all over it and had not been wiped down. I observed at least 3 employees just sitting and talking. I found a different table, but this just is not the experience I had hoped for. If this review helped you at all, please mark as helpful and follow me for more reviews around the world.

This idea was a BAD! Not a regular Panera and no staff! The wait was ridiculous and the food su par!
