Ordered pizza for pick up pizza was ready 25 minutes before the requested time. By the time I left work and picked the pizza, it was cold, so when I got home, I had to put the pizza in the oven to heat it up. If I want cold pizza, I could have stopped at kreoger

I placed a 5:30 pm time order delivery way in advance on line. I also opted for text updates of my order. It was at 5:40 that I decided to call the store who was supposly delivering my pizzas. After a 13 minute hold, the manager said that he is sorry since my order was not made ( 5:53 pm) and he has no clue as when he can get it made and send it my way. Listen, if you are that busy and can't handle your business, then stop taking orders. Terrible experience

They're pretty consistently consistently 10 to 15 minutes behind. Food quality for Papa John's is higher than others I've been to.

Papa johns. the dumpster fire of the pizza community. I came here simply because I was hungry and it was close by, but when I went In I was greeted with trash on the floor and the cashier on her phone and didn't even greet me. when she didn't hear my order correctly (after I repeated it 6 times mind you) she cussed me out and told me "if I didn't get my opp a** out of there she would call her boyfriend and get me sprayed." I'm not sure what any of that means but I just wanted a pizza for me and my daughter. I'm never coming back to this location or papa johns in general. be better.

Maybe the nighttime manager should focus on his job instead of smoking outside or hanging out at the bar next door. I called through 3 times and was hung up on 3 times. Finally he answered the phone but didn't make my order. I ended up arriving and watched him come in from out back with the door locked. He then didn't know about the order I called about 10 minutes prior. What a joke, the pizza was ok but customer service sucked.
My order was late however I totally understand due to lack of staff. When I spoke with the manager he was extremely helpful in explaining and the food was still warm and tasty. Thanks for your service. Will definitely order from them again
Manager at papa johns on Muirfield Dr refused to communicate through pencil, paper, or cell phone for a deaf person. He also proceeded to walk away from her. Don’t use this location if you are handicapped or hearing impaired. Discrimination is still existing. Shame on you papa john’s. You are a family oriented business and this is not the way to treat people. If anyone is wondering the managers name is Cj.

The quality of the pizza has gone down dramatically. The speciality Hawaiian pizza I’ve ordered is worse than any pizza I’ve tried before. The pizza is cut unevenly and off center. The toppings are lacking for a $18+ pizza. I rarely leave reviews only when it is really bad that I have to make everyone aware. Stay away!

I usually pick up pizzas here for my family after work , I have never had any issues until this recent visit. The pizzas had NO sauce. Just like eating cardboard with cheese sprinkled on top. They did not taste good. I was shocked because usually everything is okay from the menu. I mean its Papa Johns its not specialty pizza parlor quality but its decent for the value. I will not return until they get someone working there who has some pride in their work. And is completing pizzas / cooking the food correctly. So sad this was a quick dinner go to spot. Not any longer.
