Where else can you go in Dublin Ohio on a Friday night where the bar is completely empty? Not the most amazing beer selection but adequate. I personally like their burgers although I'm not a fan of steak fries so I normally upgrade to the onion rings or get coleslaw. Prices have gone up but they've gone up everywhere

We had frozen Margarita's. They weren't very good. We had pretzel , and my sandwich was lacking flavor. My husband always enjoys it but on my few visits I have found it lacking in every way.

In a mall ... Tuesday 4:30pm. No one at hostess stand. No patrons. No one at bar. Found a worker who said they'd be with me in a minute and that the bar wasn't open for service for seating at the bar. With no patrons and no help, I was a no go ... No thank you! I'll go elsewhere... Brewhouse across the way!

The family stopped in for dinner around 7pm. We were promotly shown to are table. Our waitress was there almost immediately taking out drink and app order. She made sure our drinks were constantly topped off and everything was great. She then took out entree order and was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered up her opinions on various choices. When the order was ready, the waitress and the other suppose staff distributed the meals in short order. They made sure our meals were to our liking, our drinks were full and left is to enjoy our meal. We also had a 22 month old with us, who they were very good with getting the kids meal and drinks before ours so as to keep him happy. In the current climate where restaurants are closing because Noone wants to work, I can say that the staff in this location went above and beyond and provided incredible service and represented the restaurant perfectly.

Service was awful, even though it was only mid-afternoon. Waited and waited for about 20 minutes. Finally, went into the dining room, even though they have a sign "wait to be seated.". Was still ignored, so I had to call to the waitress to get her attention. For $12.29, I got a burger very similar to Wendy's $4 one. Fries came with it from Red Robin, and they were terrible. I asked for toppings on the side. Instead cheese was melted into the burger.Good cheese. I'll never go back!Wheelchair accessibility: I think I may have been so totally ignored because I had to sit to wait for someone. Prejudice against the disabled seems to be the only possible explanation.

As a fellow retail worker I feel for the staff or lack there of. They did a fantastic job with what they had to work with and were very accomidating even though they were out of some menu items. Food was as good as it always is here.

Hubby and I stopped in here for dinner last night. When we first walked into the restaurant, an employee asked if we were here to pick up food, we told her no, we needed a table for two. She then told us that she is not the host. Um, ok. After waiting a minute or two, another employee walked to the stand to greet us but did not make eye contact. (Yet they have a sign on the front of their podium stand that says, 'be nice to those who showed up for work today,'). We told her that we needed a table for two. After she gathered the menu and silverware, she took us to our table. It took a while for our waitress to come to our table to take our drink order. (I get it that they were short of staff.) When she showed up, she took our drink order first but refused to take our food order - and that she would come back to take our food order when she would bring us our drinks. Um, ok. She came back and we gave her our order. Good. Great. Food was brought to our table, it was the usual RR goodness. As we sat there, the waitress came back only ONCE to bring us more napkins. Great. But then she never came back to see if we needed more drinks or anything else. The service was horrible and I get it they may be short on staff. I know that we were in no way rude to the waitress at all. So if you decide to go here, be sure to ask for napkins and refills all at once if/when the waitress comes back to your table to check on you. We wont be back to this RR again.

The food was good the service was good but wayyy short staffed and you could truly tell. The resturant was truly half empty however the table wait for 3 was almost 30 minutes. However the server and other staff did well under the circumstances I applaud them ? ?? if u go please be kind and understanding that it truly is hard to get good people and when you have good people working hard to cover for the lack of staffing please tip well ?
Call ahead seating exists for a reason... I called an hour before I wanted to arrive, and was told "we don't do call ahead, but an hour from now should be fine". I arrive almost exactly an hour later and am told it's at least an hour wait, and "will likely remain that way for the rest of the night". Ok, so A) don't tell me it "should be fine", and B) maybe find a better way to manage your flow of customers. This was all with 3 people in the waiting area, so I'm curious how that math added up as well.

I ordered a Guacamole Bacon Burger, but substituted grilled chicken instead of beef. This was a curbside pickup order. The process of Red Robin's curbside pickup at this location is quick and simple. I also ordered extra steak fries free of charge. I only live a few minutes from RedRobin, so when I got home, the sandwich and fries were still hot and delicious. The food from this Red Robin location is consistently good and the staff is friendly. Red Robin also has a pretty good loyalty rewards program. Upon joining, you receive a free Gourmet Burger for your birthday each year during your birth month. Also, after every 10 burgers purchased, you get a free burger.

My husband and I decided to go here for lunch and it was so good. I had the Southern Comfort burger, Lettuce wrapped and added mushrooms. I was so full and still couldn't stop eating! Plus our server was the sweetest!
