35 mins turned into 2 hours for the final time. We have ordered for years here and the orders have been wrong the last 5 times and beyond acceptable for the time frame give. Done

Nobody has blonde hair here. I mean my home. No more Romeos Pizza or Wendy's for us. I didn't even bring other times because I think you can accidentally do that. It seems like a repeat occurrence.This is NOT the 1st time. Not the 2nd time. Not the 3rd time.

Honestly so disappointed ordered online the time said 30 minutes. Called after an hour and our pizza was still sitting there they put the phone down and took care of other people I waited 10 minutes before I hung up waited another 20 minutes and called again and our pizza had just left. Our pizza sat In the store for at least 45 minutes so when delivered it was cold and nasty. Very disappointed I would’ve picked up the pizza myself but couldn’t get anyone to talk to me on the phone long enough to say so or to ask for a refund for the delivery fee and tip. This was a Sunday evening.

I order from this location 3 to 4 times a month at about 60 bucks each time. Almost 300 dollars I spend here a month .and i tip well. 9 times out of 10 you always forget get my drink to the point it is expected. Right now I am waiting for the driver to go back and get it except I don't think it's even coming back this time. It's been almost a half hour. I've even tried to call and be nice about it. Nothing...still happened about every time. Happens again I promise you will lose a faithful costumer for good. I just spoke to manager and let him know they were about to lose a faithful costumer he said "alrighty"

As far as pizza chains go, Romeo's is delicious pizza especially if you want a slightly sweet sauce. This location has worked well for us.

Called to order carryout and was told 1.5 hours to get a pizza with a sub. An hour and a half is ridiculous!! He said even longer for delivery!!!

Got delivery and tipped driver online. Got to our apartment banged on the door as hard as they could waking up our kid and put the food on the ground which we live on the 1st floor so boxes got wet and sped off super fast with the tires legit screenching. Spoke to manager and she was nice but driver is a douche. Forgot my 2 liter and brought it back and didn’t even knock or anything to let us know it was out there. Not gonna order here again even though manager was super nice driver just needs to be put in check. Don’t order here

The employees here are rude, condescending, and utterly incapable of decent customer service. Furthermore, if I order Sierra Mist on your website, I expect to receive Sierra Mist.For my confusion to elicit eye rolling, dismissive shrugs, and an insistence that some random soda I’ve never heard of is “The exact same”? Absolutely ridiculous. The fact that it tastes very different is almost beside the point (and even Pepsi says they made it to taste different). If there was even the slightest attempt made to acknowledge that yes, it is wrong to not have the soda you offer online actually in store, I probably wouldn’t be upset. If they had even apologized once, I would not be upset.To be treated disdainfully for any reason is poor customer service. To be treated disdainfully when you are right? Is infuriating. The first time I ever ordered from Romeo’s will also be my last.

This don't wear hats here in the kitchen, it is ohio law that you wear hats or hair nets while making food. They don't wash hands here either. Food safety violations all over this place.
