Just wanted a pizza since I haven't had Romeo's pizza in years.... but... $28.00 for a simple 3 topping large pizza is ridiculous! No offer of any special or coupon when most cashiers try to help save money. I won't be stopping there again!

I ordered a pizza from them last night, and they were so busy and obviously understaffed because when I called to find out where my pizza was ( an hour and a half) the young man sounded very stressed and apologized because they only had one driver. They returned my money and eventually the pizza did come.Hang in there guys, it was still great and I will order again.

Let’s just start out by the way that the workers talk to the customers is not professional no customer service at all. The managers are very intuitive with what they’re supposed to do as a manager and they’ve messed up my order three times and basically asked me did I want fresh pizza? I think that I do when I’m a customer I pay for hot fresh pizza so that’s what I want to pay for but when asked by the store manager would do you want me to remake your pizza because it’s been sitting for an hour and I replied I’m sure you know the answer to that question since my pizza has been sitting over an hour under a heat lamp This is the type of customer service that goes on at this Romeos

We love Romeo's pizza and always get great service when we do carry out. We enjoyed two large pizzas tonight for dinner. It's always ready on time and they always prepare it perfectly. Love the Hard Road location.

The staff was pleasant and polite, but the product was just a lot of grease and the toppings, as others have noted, just kind of dropped out. While the dough looked perfectly done on the outside, it was underdone on the inside. The cheese was not the appropriate amount and didn't fully melt. The worst is the grease - the grease, the grease, the grease. This is the second time I have ruined a shirt because of the grease soaked on the outside of the boxes (didn't notice until I got to the car). Needed the receipts but they, too, were covered in grease because they were tucked inside the boxes. Gave them a few chances before I wrote this review but it has been the same the last few times.

Called and paid for delivery they didn't deliver I had to go pick up I didn't get refunded for the delivery fee and they didn't make the right pizza.
Recently moved to the area and wanted to try a new pizza place. This sure did not disappoint. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, Buffalo pizza and cheesy breadsticks. Pizza was delish, Buffalo had the right amount of spice and the pizza sauce was so good and slightly sweet which I like.

We have been a loyal customer here for our business but this last time was absolutely awful. They were beyond rude taking the order and made it known that they felt our order was not important to them. Most not properly cut, others looked like they were stepped on. Completely disrespectful when calling back in about the order with no explanation or reassurance to correct this.

Ordered pizza and a salad. Only got the pizza. Delivery was not from them and they weren't helpful. Called the restaurant and was told they "forgot" to call me to tell me they didn't have any lettuce or salad stuff. He said he'd take that off my charge but nothing else. That was someone's dinner. We would have canceled the order and gone somewhere else. 40 mins to get my order and still no dinner. And the pizza was undercooked... like raw dough.
