This Starbucks was fast and so polite and friendly. The location is perfect and the building is beautiful. I got my green tea here and a cheese danish both were so delicious and made perfect. I will come back!

This Starbucks just continues to be a disappointment. The only thing it has going for it is location. Today it was filthy. Dirty tables. Dirty countertops. Dirty bathrooms. Garbage all over the floors. Drinks were not filled and staff that seemingly wants to chat with one another more than anything else. We need another coffee shop in this part of Dublin that is not Starbucks.

This was a great Starbucks visit! Kyra provided great customer service. I observed her being very patient with a customer who was having difficulty with the app. She was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were also excellent. It was a pleasant surprise to see a location in which every employee was engaged and working hard and positively together. Keep it up!

The wait for this location is horrible, whether you go through drive through or walk in I've consistently had exceptional longer than normal wait times. Currently in a line of 20 cars and been waiting probably 20 minutes watching the same car parked at the window for 10+ minutes at least.

I used to love going here. However, my friend told me this morning that they saw a Starbucks barista be intentionally unkind to a uniformed Dublin Police officer, who was waiting on a cup of coffee. The officer placed his order inside the store, and then stood waiting patiently for his drink at the pick up area. At least 10 other customers received their drinks before the officer did, even though they placed their order after him. The blond female barista was even asked by another Starbucks employee if she was going to make the officer’s drink and the blonde female could be heard saying, “I’m going to make him wait “ and “I’m not a nice person.” Apparently her words were loud enough to be heard by the officer.I believe the officer finally received his beverage.What a shame.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had the lady was so rude she always missed up my order and she didn’t tell me they didn’t have matcha and did the order for me without asking me and that’s not the first time! I’m not ganna go to this location
