Took 40 minutes to get food, when approached by employee to give us food through drive-thru window employee was rude and walked away after handing food leaving us talking to ourselves when we tried to request sauce that wasn't given after we asked for it employee ignored us completely. Worse experience ever from steak and shake.

this steak 'n shake served us well. literally served, the manager brought our food directly to the table and said "have a good lunch" - gag! wow, 10/10, truly nothing to complain about (except for if we're being really picky like really in the nitty gritty of it all, the bathroom was out of paper towels). this was a clean steak 'n shake and just a good experience.

Just nothe same. I ordered the Frisco melt! Yum... it was ok. My fries were cold, but that's to be expected as they are the shoestring ones. I will be back, just because I still love the Frisco

Wonderful takeout tonight!! We get food in one evening a week and SAS was our pick tonight. Food was delicious and everything was right with the order. You just can’t beat a good frisco melt yummy!!! Will definitely be choosing here again soon.
Bun was hard as a rock barely any mustard or ketchup and it looked like I got the last two pickles in the vat after what seemed like an exorbitant amount of time I finally got my food after it sat on the counter getting cold do not go to the steak 'n shake there's a reason that they're all going out of business
