This subway is super convenient as it’s close to my home. Unfortunately, something has changed staff wise and the service is horrible. Not to mention the terrible sub making. I walked out with the thinnest sub I’ve ever received. The two employees could barely speak English, they had to repeat everything I said and were not pleasant either. When checking out, I asked to make it a meal. Apparently he didn’t realize I wanted a drink. When I grabbed a cup, he made me pay again because he “didn’t hear I wanted a drink too.” It was honestly too much of a hassle, I will go out of my way to stop at another location next time. Please bring back the lady that used to run this place, she was fantastic!!

I have been to this Subway in the past and always had a good experience. Yesterday, I stopped after work to pick up dinner and it was terrible. I ordered a protein bowl. The guy asked what I wanted in it. I said that I wanted what was listed on the board for that particular one. He asked what kind of cheese, and I said fresh mozzarella. He told me there was an added charge for it, so I reminded him that mozzarella came with that bowl. He kept stopping and asking what I wanted on it, even though I had already told him. I asked about the bacon (which also came with it) and he laid three pieces of uncooked bacon across the top. I said, "Um, are you gonna cook that?!" He seemed surprised and cooked it for about 10 seconds. I wondered if he even worked there or was filling in for someone. Terrible experience and definitely would make me think twice about ordering online where I wouldn't be able to see them prepare it.

I would come here to get a sub here and there I used to work at a subway so I know how a sun is supposed to be made and how much is to be put on itLater down the road I had applied to this subway and there was this guy in front of me waited patiently for my turn and told him I had roughly about 9 months of subway experience I never heard from the owner about my interview so I went in there and who did I see the guy who interviewed b4 me now back to the day that we had both interviewed he didn’t have any subway experience I over heard him saying something about boxes and he vey liftingI also noticed that all the staff are from the same culture in clouding there guy he hired instead of me I think they might have been Indian I could be wrong but all i know is that they hired based on color not experienceAlso in the past when I have ordered my sub they do not do anything right they try to tell me differently and I’m like no it’s like this also if they use the bread knee to close your sub at any subway restaurant do not eat it it is so hot secretary is a post likely do not change out the water every hour if you made the sub correctly you wouldn’t need to close it with a knife

Food was good. Worker lied to us and said they were closing in 10 minutes when they were actually closing in 40 minutes. He would not let us sit down to eat our meal and my boyfriend had to argue with him to let us sit down and eat. We are coming from out of state and have been driving for several hours and just wanted to sit down and have a meal. It was very rude of him to lie to us just so that he would not have to clean up after us. As someone who has worked in the food service industry before I understand the struggle of the job but it's unacceptable to lie about your hours of operation just because you are too lazy to wipe down a table.

Couldn't have a sandwich like I wanted due to vegetables not being fit for consumption. Staff needs better language skills and lessons in politness.

The Bridge street Subway did a perfect job for our large order. I wanted 20 subs made to order. I took a spreadsheet in with the orders about 3 days ahead of my requested pick up date. The 2 men who took the paper were very considerate and asked great questions to make sure everything was made correctly. I followed up the next day and they already had a plan and assured me they would be ready. The morning of pick up I stopped in and the manager was extremely pleasant and had the order ready on time and in the cooler. The girls sandwiches were perfect, no one had an issue. I highly recommend this store.

This was the worst service i ever got at subway. He was very negative and talked very nasty. The Manager charged me for a sub i never ordered. He said do not ever come back cause i am not welcome in his Subway. He also said he would refund and that never happed Friday 13th. He said some words i never thought i would hear from a restaurant. People with this hate in there heart need to know it will not be excepted.

I went in 1st young lady was great and friendly put my sub in the oven. 2nd young lady get it out starts throwing veggies sloppy ok whatever. I ask for ranch she puts peppercorn ranch on it because she didn't have ranch. Tells me it's the same like I dont know. Then offers to take it off how wash it. I could put ranch on it myself at home. No she decided to do whatever she wanted. Waste of time and 4 dollar gas. What is wrong with people? I wish I got the young lady's name who was great. She shouldn't be blamed for the other. The young white lady was wrong. I'm white also so it's not race. The young black american was nice and did great. She also said they taste the same then said I like it. After she said well do u want me to take it off. I said I dont get why u would do that and no. I dont want it now. I left dissatisfied and confused.

We stopped in to order today after noon. The lady behind the counter sneezed and coughed all over her hands: while putting gloves on. No effort to clean her hand or change gloves. We left. Thanks is twice we have seen poor hygiene at this store. We are done.
