Place is terrible. The food is good but the workers don’t listen, they speak over you and charge you for things you didn’t ask for and then say sorry I didn’t understand your language.

The best Subway I've been to!! The family that manages this shop is friendly, hard working and thoughtful to its customers. They always take a moment to say hello with a smile when you order, and make an effort to know their regular customers. The food is always fresh, sandwiches made with care, and the dining area clean. This is not your average Subway -- it rekindled my interest in eating Subway; now I'm a regular.

Like other reviews I am now seeing I used a promotion on my sub and ended up with missing toppings and very stingy sandwich, it really was just bread. The toppings I did get tasted off, really disappointing.

I grab a sub here a couple of times a week and this is the cleanest, friendliest subway I’ve ever been in. Almost feels like a completely different restaurant chain, regarding the quality and care given at this location. Keep it up guys! I’m sure people are noticing.

My husbands and I have been coming to this subway at least once a week since they opened. The atmosphere is so clean and the people so friendly! The food is so fresh every time! Can’t sing their praises enough!
Echoing what others have said, this guy will make you feel like a criminal if you use a coupon or redeem a promotion. Worse, he intentionally left out ingredients (avocado) I ordered because I used a promotion. I wrote in to subway with a complaint and asked for a refund because I didn't get the sandwich I ordered and he sent back a boilerplate response with no refund or admission of guilt.And before the owner TP comes on and says please give us one more chance like he has in every other instance you can read about in the reviews... Why? What has changed? Has your vision of how corporate coupons and promotions can work for your business changed? Are you going to continue to cancel orders because they ordered something as designed on the subway app (which he did to me)? Would love to hear what he's going to do differently.
