This place is my fiancés heaven on earth. A timely place that was previously a cabin (can learn more about the stories from a book there explaining its origin). A cozy and homing feeling.... areas where u can eat.... the carriage house in the front section was part of the original cabin. Ever holiday or change of season, they have those types of seasonal gifts. It's a happy and calming place to be and experience. She got me hooked, as she started coming here as a child for every occasion.... sometimes just to feel happy! Be prepared to enjoy being there a while....we are usually there for hours. Highly recommend and hope that others get to experience the magic and light that she does from this place!

I love shopping here. If you want a special gift for someone special this is a great place to find it. They also have a restaurant in the store with excellent food.

Very nice atmosphere and the food was great. Love looking in the gift shop but all the deep stairs are pretty hard to navigate for seniors.

Went here at 2pm on a Thursday, and one of the first things you see is a sign stating, "Sorry but we are short staffed. Be nice to the servers as it isn't their fault." After that, it took about 30 minutes to be sat in a half full dining room. We placed orders, and waited patiently for around 45 minutes for our food to come out.Once it came out, my "open faced turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce" was simply a small piece of toast with lunch meat and canned cranberry sauce glopped on top. (I could tell it was canned since I could still see the ribs from where it popped out of the can). Additionally, the soup we ordered arrived cold. It was warm on the top, but cold once mixed in, and had obviously been microwaved from the fridge.Ultimately, the food didn't taste too bad, but was probably some of the laziest food I've ever seen in a restaurant.

The portion size of the quiche was very small. It was good but the asparagus pieces were very tiny, and celery pieces big. I thought they were definitely trying to economize. The butternut soup was good and the tiny muffin..size of a quarter, tasty, but once again skimpy. They're charging a lot, but you don't get much. I was still hungry.

Attended a Christmas party a few evenings ago. Food was served cold especially the vegetables. The salmon was too salty and for my wife they actually ran out of vegetables and brought out potato chips to go with her chicken. Absolutely horrible. When you pay for vegetables you should get them, not chips!Needless to say it took them nearly 45 minutes to deliver the food to our table. No apologies or even a break in the bill.

Showed up and put our name in, was told no one was ahead of us for that size table and that it wouldn’t be very long. Waited over an hour before we had to leave because our toddler was so hungry. Just very disappointed.

The shop is wonderful. My daughter and I took my granddaughter to lunch. Thinking it would be a nice tradition. We were ignored for 30 minutes. Brought our drinks then waited again. I have never left a restaurant before. But we did, leaving cash for our drinks on the table. Won't be going back or recommending their restaurant.

Food is average, service a bit slow on the day I was there. The house is absolutely amazing though! All things Christmas and everything in between. Great way to spend the day!Parking: Adequate parking. No problem.
