I am very disappointed with the Wendy's corporate office. The Wendy's app encourages customers to submit comments regarding Wendy's. I submitted a request to change the Wendy's app and add an additional food item that was missing. I received no response from Wendy's regarding my suggestion. Several weeks later I checked the Wendy's app and found that Wendy's changed the app and used my suggestion. I did not receive any response from the Wendy's corporate office. This includes no letter, phone call, text message or email. They completely ignored the courtesy of giving me credit for using my suggestion. The result may helped Wendy's sell thousands of this food item on their app! I was very upset and followed up by calling customer care. I spoke with an individual who claimed I would be rewarded with $10 on the mobile app. Not only is this barely a reward for helping Wendy's sell thousands of this food item I never received the $10!! I checked with my local restaurant. The local restaurant manager felt bad about my experience and gave me $10. I hope this wasn't out of his pocket. Wendy's corporate office needs to do a much better job thanking and rewarding their loyal customers.

Surge pricing for my food? What a great way to “provide an enhanced customer and crew experience!”I’m only going to Wendy’s during peak hours now, because I, a lifelong consumer, love paying more than I have to. Why would I pay normal pricing when surge pricing is on option?!?I think it’s great. Leave it to Wendy’s to innovate like no one else!

If you like long waits, rude service, completely wrong order, please visit the location at 275 e. Market st, and no way to call them at that location(their phone is off the hook) and when you call corporate they lie to you about giving your money back after you spend$57+ for food your kids can't eat., you found the right establishment ! Never have i ever been so dissatisfied with a fast-food company!! Horrible service , long waits in the drive thru, customer service that's a joke, they're rude and they don't give you a receipt or read their screen to make sure they're packing the correct items for your order!!! I won't waste my time or money at this chain again. I used to work customer service at one of their competitors and never would the competitors treat their customers like this,. Called wendy's corporate and was lied to. What a disgrace.

I recently stopped at Wendy’s. Wendy’s is our go to place when we travel. But recently when we stopped we were told you no longer carry the grilled chicken. Due to dietary restrictions I always order that. I cannot eat the wrap. This restricts a lot of people who are like me and cant eat things with gluten or other medical reasons. Please reconsider putting it back on the menu.Dietary restrictions: The grilled chicken needs to be returned to the menu. Many adults and children depend on that one item. Especially children. Have you seen a child that wants a salad at Wendy’s because it is the only safe item.

Their food is always fresh and delicious. The service is usually very fast and friendly as well.It’s much better to spend a few dollars more for quality then these other burger joints that store your food under a heat lamp hoping that someone buys their food soon !!!!
