Love this place, but seating was closed. Whie waiting for my order three doordash guys picked up orders anda dozen others picked up an order. The wait wasn't long and food was still hot when I got home.

Food is good. The website doesn't tell you they don't deliver, they subcontract to DoorDash, so good luck getting what you ordered and when you don't there's zero accountability since you didn't order through door dash, and Tommys didn't deliver it. Maybe you could call some 800 number and waste half an hour of your time to maybe get a few bucks back.Not to mention you get to pay extra for the privilege of DoorDisapointment as a nondescript 'service charge'

Here’s an idea. When you promise an order to be ready in three minutes after an already long wait and it’s still not done in 10-15, don’t be surprised when customers walk out. Terribly managed location. Need an adult in charge.
