Food was good, but not spectacular. Got the Ahi Tuna Tacos. Good flavors but was not high quality sushi grade tuna. They forgot my daughter’s bacon on her Mac n Cheese which was super salty but they refunded the costs. Drinks were excellent! Loaded fries were good but would be better with shredded parm instead of shaved. Service could definitely use some improvement. Waitress only visited three times our whole meal and it wasn’t busy when we went. She was never to be seen.

1st time there, great atmosphere especially if you are a Buckeye fan. Could not decide between a ruebon or the fish sandwich, got both my wife and I split half of each and both were excellent!!

Booked a reservation for 12 people for a birthday. We were seated for about 15 minutes before someone came over and asked if we had a server. We finished our appetizers before our drinks even came and our server was obviously overwhelmed. It seemed obvious that the place was understaffed. After we checked out our server confirmed we could get something for the person’s birthday. We waited about 20 minutes and she never came back. We had already closed our tabs so we cut our visit short because the service was so slow. Not a great first visit for many of us.

I have usually had a good time at Urban's whenever I visit! Their drink menu is pretty large and the servers were always really nice. The last time I visited I was having terrible heartburn (I felt so old lol) and so my friend asked the bartender for tums. They actually had some and it really saved the day! The only downside in my opinion is the food. It's okay, but nothing memorable. I have never been a fan of their fries their pretzel dish was pretty good though!

Restraint was dirty. Hostess was on the ground on her hands and knees with a rag, and then used the same rag on the table. Server made it obvious that we were her last table and she didn't care to make it a good experience for us. My first time and hopefully last time.
A little bit loud, but then again, it is a sports restaurant themed restaurant. The food was what I expected. The portions were all good, except for my tacos. The service was fantastic and the drink prices were good too.

Came here on Valentines Day, first time coming here. They weren’t super busy. Our server Tory (Tori) I don’t know how to spell her name, was TERRIBLE!! She took at least 5-10 mins to even notice we sat down (some other server noticed us), never checked in on us. We tried to flag her down, but it was hard to even do that. She wasn’t good at all..Buffalo dip was great, but the chips tasted super stale.I loved the atmosphere but definitely won’t be back..

I went last night for dinner with my sister and brother-in-law. We had a great time and the food was fantastic. Between the 3 of us the bill was right at $100 including beer/cocktails. I had the pint house beyond burger with fries and it was great a side of BBQ sauce that complimented my fries beautifully. My brother in law got wings and they looked great, perfect sauce amount. It was a tad loud but it's a sports bar so that's to be expected. We will definitely be back!
