I was denied a breakfast meal after working a double day detouring on the RTA to visit and I get treated like a worthless maggot. Down with poor customer service. When I pulled up to the drive-through all she said was welcome to McDonald’s didn’t ask me if I wanted anything didn’t say what can I get you and so I just waited and she said it again and I just waited and finally she said what can I help you with and I told her that I had a mobile order. This is basic customer service. If you can’t teach that then you’re doing something wrong. That’s why I always go to Chick-fil-A because they always have good customer service. Won’t be back
