Cold fries ?. Sat on the tray for minutes waiting on other food. Unfriendly staff. Why don't all the workers wear hats, & use gloves at the fryer especially when bagging the orders. I work in the industry. I guess we have higher standards ?

New guy working, and they over charged me, so the cashier said they would refund me for the 19 dollars, and charged me for food I didn't get. So it's been a week now. I go back and see the new guy who messes up the order He see me coming and runs to the Manger on duty before I get in the door and I'm guessing tells her the situation. So I have my receipt in hand. And before I can say anything she says come back in-between 8 and 2. And talk to Manger. So I don't get how a cashier can refund me, but the Manger on shift can't. I'm sorry Arby's I didn't give you the run around when paying. And it wasn't my fault, that the first cashier didn't refund me. And now back a second time, too be told to come back again by a manger And I even have my receipt to prove this. SO IF YOU GO TO ARBY'S WATCH YOUR RECIPT. IF THEY CHARGE YOU WRONG. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND TO GET YOUR REFUND EVEN IF YOUR HAVE A RECIEPT.

We ordered 2 French dip sandwiches and they both were terribly thin 20 bucks for two sandwiches that was basically bread never again will we do that you just lost a customer period

Their food quality is not as it once was. The roast beef is different now with a rubbery texture and the curly fries have no flavor. The chicken is absent in the small pieces of breading. I used to like Arby's but now I find it to be on the bottom of the totem pole as far as restaurants are concerned.

I ordered dinner thru. My second time. Both times were messed up, so messed up I think what you order there they opposite that and give you that. So annoying. Recommend the Wendy's across the street. 100%

This Arby's always gets our order wrong. Multiple times I've asked for a beef and cheddar with no cheddar. They ring it up right, stick a special sticker on it and still hand me a beef and cheddar with the cheddar, and this time they didn't even put the red Ranch on it. It was also cold. I also asked for a large drink and was handed a small. If you do their survey about your order, they'll send you coupons to use for a free small meal, but the manager doesn't accept these coupons at their store. This is about 4 times in a row I've had a messed up order from there. They definitely need some leadership.

I stopped at this location today to grab some food and I discovered the dining room was closed, I am a truck driver and can’t use the drive through. I called the store and found out they only had 2 people working today and can’t open the lobby. I explained to her that I was a truck driver and asked if I could place an order over the phone and walk up and she told me to come to the door that she would let me in. The significance of this is I have been in this situation before and others were pretty much like, sorry we can’t help you. My hats off to this location for awesome customer service.

Went to Arby’s today horrible, out of sweetheart for sandwich they advertise out of marinara sauce for cheese sticks out of CO2 for pop and still sold it and continue to sell it in drive thru that is not right your ripping people off!!!!! I don’t think I will be back here plus my bun was burnt
