Wow! This place is phenomenal! Fast service, delicious food and milkshakes! We will definitely be back. Our waitress Lauren was great too. I was hoping they had everything to make my favorite drink, a tiramisu martini. They didn't, but the bartender went over and above, and made me something really close. It was great! No idea what she put in it, but I commend her for going out of the way to try to make something I liked!Kid-friendliness: Restaurant side and a bar side. Great for people with kids, like myself

FRUIT FLY IN DRINK! This Restaurant is foul!! We were seated at a dirty table, we wiped the salt off the table with a napkin, there were drips and rings from drinks and there was fries on the floor. The wall was absolutely nasty, covered in drips. I felt gross just sitting at the table. Completely lost our appetite. The sound was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think.It was awhile before anyone came to take our drink order. After a while of drinking our drinks I poke my orange and lime down in my Long Island and as I go to take my next sip I watch a fruit fly float up!!! I felt sick to my stomach, I had already drank almost half of the drink. At that point I just needed to leave. They would not comp our bill and we were charged for BOTH drinks!NO ONE IS CLEANING HERE. If there’s fruit flies that means they have food sitting around rotting!!! I’m glad we did not eat here! We left and went to JP’s it was wonderful and very clean. It’s been good in the past but after this, WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! This was hands down my WORST experience at a restaurant and we didn’t even eat.

The food was good, friendly staff and the atmosphere is what you would expect from a sportsbar/burger spot. The prices are a bit on the high side for the area, for that reason I would not go there very often. The food from a value perspective is overpriced, but everyone enjoyed their meal.

I wish we didn’t have such an awful experience. Our food took forever to be served, we’re talking over a 40 minutes after ordering , not sitting down, and there were only two other tables (already had their food) and 4 people in the bar area. The waitress did not even come out for 10 minutes and then just got our drink orders. Our milkshakes were served right away and our food took over 40 minutes after that. We asked for the milkshakes at the end and they brought them right away and over 40 minutes before our food. The onion tangles were COMPLETELY raw. Completely raw. You could see white raw onions in the basket. Who would serve this? Our burgers were edible, though not great. We were so let down by the lack of quality and care. To go ahead and serve us the food in the state it was shows complete disregard and lack of any care or desire to provide edible food. There is no excuse for this. You have to be pretty bad to serve completely raw onion tangles.

First time customer, ordered 2 Cleveland burgers, fish sandwich, onion tangles and sweet potato fries. Amount of food excellent, fries were wet and limpy, burgers were tasteless and dry. Tasted like a frozen patty. Buns were fresh and sweet. Sauce for onions was tasty. Wouldn't order from them again. Expensive for quality received. Delivery was fast. Delivery woman was very pleasant.

Service at table was great, however, it seems everytime I come in no one is at desk to seat me. My server sat me because the girl who later walked to the entrance desk was busy talking to friends and the bartender at the bar. After several minutes standing at the entrance I waived down a waitress. If you want patrons to seat themselves please take down the sign asking them to wait to be seated.
