It's really a hit or miss. Half the time my coffee tastes just right then the other half it's not at all what l ordered.Usually tasting really bland like they didn't put any cream or sugar in it when I always ask for extra of everything. (I order the same coffee each time on my app)Went back a day later and the lady at the window asked me if my order was "Jordyn B" and I said yes and she proceeded to say "sums that up" then turned and laughed with the other workers.Beyond rude and unprofessional.

I always look forward to my run to Dunkin. If you are on a rush I suggest parking and walking
Eh. I’ve certainly been to better Dunkin’s. The Dunkin in Lisbon, Ohio (if you’ve got the time to drive up) is certainly better. This Dunkin is usually slower, the staff is usually ruder, and they won’t give out pup cups! Their bagels also leave a lot to be desired.

I absolutely love their cocoa mocha iced lattes! They always make it perfect and I never have to tell them to make it again. With Starbucks, for some reason I have to have them re make it several times
