I came in before they closed and ordered online. They threw my food out and said I took too long even though I showed up before they closed. Shrugged their shoulders and basically told me to deal with it. I've had bad experience with this spot before with employees being rude but this just takes the cake. They didn't even offer any compensation for me making the commute to pick my stuff up.I wouldn't recommend coming here for pizza ever! Pizza Hut is better and just down the road. I'm never getting pizza here again.

My husband and I usually order from this Papa Johns when we have a pizza night. They never disappoint us. Every employee is kind and helpful. Tonight we had the cool ranch papadia for the first time. It was so delicious! Food was hot as well. I highly recommend this location for some good and quick food!

Order through App. Received notification to rate my driver was sitting at door watching out the window delivery never was made, contacted restaurant and manager replied she’s not sure why my app says delivered it’s still out for delivery. Hour later call back and she admits it was delivered wrong address sending new order and screams at me. Unprofessional especially when it was THEIR ERROR TWICE! Still waiting 2 hrs - no pizza $40 in food now standing on my porch in 20 degree weather hoping they arrive soon - NEVER Again.

I came and picked up my food and the young girl who making my pizza had the most longest finger nails and it was so unsanitary made me think about how clean this establishment is she also didn’t wash her hands

A group of us went bowling and ordered Papa John's from the E. Liverpool location. We ordered 3 stuffed crust pizzas and were delighted! It was sooo good we plan on doing it again. It was delivered fast and hot.

Pizza crust was burnt. There were burnt bubbles on top of pizza. There were spots on pizza with no cheese. And they forgot our garlic butter.
