Got to chicken sandwich had no sauce on one had to drive back after getting home to get sauce it was put in a sample container not enough to do anything with didn't get have the stuff on our sandwiches we tip every time maybe we need just not to tip cause the girls actually acted like they didn't care I don't know about giving you are business so maybe you might be going out of business people isn't going to come get food there if you make it halfway ordered double meat didn't get it tried to call the store didnt answer

I was overcharged by more than $4 on two meals. Employees were dismissive and argumentative, claiming that they were not allowed to give refunds and were saving me money by ringing up my order incorrectly. I had to stand at the register and repeat myself to no less than three employees and wait for them to call their manager to get the issue sorted out. Meanwhile the line behind me got angry I did not want to simply donate the extra money to the store. I don't know how many customers they have overcharged like this, but if this is the way that team members are being trained by their manager who knows how many thousands of customers have been overcharged at this location in recent history.

Everytime we order qnd online order its never right we always order double meat and never get it .and today I ordered a sandwich not toasted cause I had a stroke and can't eat the hard bread once it's toasted so they didn't even heat up the chicken orbacon on my snadwich...very poor

raI wasn't 100 percent sure of how I wanted my sub. So the guy told me when I asked for tomato "For future reference we always do the spinach and tomato first". He thought he saved my life or something. Kind of ruined my appetite thinking about what a trivial comment it was. What if I wanted it that way? I liked the sandwich done the way I ordered it. Can't I ever order this again without a personal comment? Just take the order... everyone likes different things.

This place is garbage. And unfortunately it’s not because of the food it’s because of the employees. Come in for lunch to get 2 subs. We ignorantly told I had to wait for 30 online orders to be done and they had no white bread because it was all “spoken” for… I’ve been a general manager for restaurants and I would never ever be okay with a employee telling people who actually come in to our location to wait for an online order to be filled. That’s just crazy to me. You wanted us to wait for 30 subs to be made before you could fix our 2?! Just lock your doors since you don’t care to have anyone actually come in to your establishment. Your GMs and DMs should be embarrassed and ashamed. This is the second time this has happened!!!!!!

this was most definitely done intentionally. I ASKED FOR EXTRA LETTUCE on the order for subway app. my bf PAID for the extra lettuce and they gave me ABSOLUTELY no lettuce on my sandwich who the hell does that?

Being the manager of a restaurant myself, I train my employees to be responsible with the job. Today I stopped at 9:00 a.m. to pick up two subs to take with me to work. The hours on the door indicate that the shop opens at 9:00. By 12 minutes after the door was still locked. I couldn’t wait so the business lost a sale. This is the second time this has happened to me. If your hours are posted, you better make sure your employees have the shop opened at that time. Most irresponsible.
