Ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget, got 4 spicy nuggets and 6 regular nuggets in the same container. Cooks must’ve been feeling lazy. I know it doesn’t take that long to drop more nuggets. Need to stop cutting corners.

Litterly Terrible!!! Missing food! Food is old and garbage..order 2 jbc and dint even have bacon just tomatoe and cheese ! And mixing my chicken sandwhich..fries r clearly old...freaking ridiculous and staff is rude as hell the manager on night shift on Dec 31 had an attitude because I was missing some of my order..don't go..this is in chrdter BTW because aparently they don't have a website yet

Went to the drive-thru at 10:30 PM on 11/17. There were NO cars in line. I was told to wait to order at the microphone. After they finally took my order, I drive up to the window to get my order and there is a girl getting drinks with one hand while playing on her phone with the other hand. Maybe that explains why the service is so slow, they are playing on their phones instead of doing their jobs.

I went to Wendy's today just to order two simple things. A large chili and a baked potato with extra sour cream. I go to the drive up window. I get a baked potato with chili on it and extra sour cream. I asked him to fix it at the window. The only thing they gave me was a small bowl of chili. Then I'll drive through again. Pay again just to get what I wanted in the first place. A freaking large chili and a baked potato with extra sour cream. You know what the manager says to me. Well we're sorry and the sarcastic way I believe Wendy's is the worst drive-thru and Calcutta East Liverpool Ohio. Thank you

You have very rude manager (Jen) sheis a non professional very rude..forces staff to quit.she definitely doesn't deserve to be even around customers.and this hasn't been the first time..Not enough staff????and one of the reasons is your staff are treating new workers like dirt.. Intimidating them the younger workers..I love Wendy's but will not go back to get treated with such disrespect.or to witness your workers getting treated like that..
