Ordered 2 stuff crust pizzas on a Saturday and they were terrible. If there was sauce on them you could have fooled me. And they're so greasy on top and bottom I use paper towels to soak up the extra grease. The crusts seemed to be barely browned. Don't know if it was that it was later time on Saturday that they were poorly made? Used to be good not so much now.

Missed my delivery. Try to call store and get put to a call center multiple times. Asked to be put through to local store multiple times. And once calls get forwarded I get hung up on. Very unprofessional.

I tried to call our local store, but as always I got the damn call center. After a half hour of prompts in English and Spanish then a lengthy commercial. I get a guy I can hardly understand who is probably in Mexico. I tell him it sure would be really nice to be able to talk to our local store who is just down town..... Then he him up on me@#$&+*?? so I went to the local grocery stores and got a frozen on. Never to purchase anything from pizza hut ever again!!!

-1 star. Ordered at 619pm was to be delivered at 755 ok cool no biggie … good didn’t arrive till after 830pm, and it was cold. I would have went and picked it up since I only live a couple blocks away but I just had surgery and I’m not allowed to drive. Was super disappointed and when I called the phone just rang.

Man this place sucks taste like cardboard box it came in. $$$$$ too. WTF Pizza BUTT . I used to love their Tackoos pizza s*** not anymore. S*** taste like a constipated poo covered in tomatuh sooose!!! Get it together Pizza Butt wtf.
Pizza was good. I ordered on line and it said my order would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. I was at the pick up window in 30 minutes and was told it would be at least 20 more minutes. I left and returned in 20 minutes to get it. I think there might be a disconnect between the website and the store. They were obviously really busy. This has never happened before.

I'm a Delivery Driver ???? at the ? Pizza Hut in East Palestine location. Love my Boss Tammy!!!Sad that nobody wants to work though I just wish we would get paid straight time to drive in instead of them dropping US to $7 dollars driving time so our paycheck is like half and $7 and the other half is minimum wage so what gas prices and food going up it's scary if I can keep my job. ????

Pizza hut used to be my fav place to be. But like every where else, less is used. The crust is even thinner which for a true pizza lover is a No Can Do. It just seems everything is becoming cheaper made but the prices aren't cheaper
