We made a reservation on OpenTable because we were visiting the area for an event and wanted to grab a nice lunch beforehand. The menu looked absolutely fantastic but we left almost two hours later very unimpressed. Our server seemed distracted at best and spent as little time at our table as possible. The lobster tots were the appetizer we were looking forward to most and sadly the Boursin cheese sauce seriously lacked in flavor. They came out lukewarm and the meatball appetizer was downright cold. The stuffed mushrooms arrived a few moments later (hot thankfully) and were our favorite! We each got an entree for four total and two of the four were cold again, specifically the ravioli. I'm not sure if it was made first and sat in the pass to die while waiting on everything else but that would be my assumption. The steak was overcooked but still tender, we just wished the fries were hot. The short rib dinner tasted nothing like coffee but the mashed potatoes were fantastic. Our favorite entree was definitely the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. I'm not sure if there was an event or something else going on that we did not see, (there were only a handful of tables seated) but food getting out while still hot is definitely an issue that needs to be addressed. We expected better.
I will never return to this restaurant. We went for brunch. The food took a long time to come out, but when it did, the bacon was dehydrated and in a ball, the food was cold and it looked like a kindergartner had cooked it. They did bring out more bacon and gave us 50%off our bill. They didn't mess up the mimosa. I should also mention that the restaurant was pretty empty, so there is no excuse that the kitchen was overwhelmed. The waitress was very nice, that is the only good thing I can say.

$6 burger special on Thursdays can't be beat. Sides are extra but 1/2 lb burger and side for $9 is still a deal in today's day....fast food costs more than that!! Appetizers are huge servings and fantastic....maple bacon Brussels are phenomenal...

So many great choices on the menu. I selected the chicken tender appetizer and brussel sprouts. The homemade tenders were cooked to perfection. Very tender and just lightly breaded. Opted asked for honey mustard since that wasn't the menu choice. They were delicious. The maple bacon brussel sprouts were also very tasty. Both options were very large servings so had extra servings to take home. Serviced was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend. The outdoor area when the weather warms will be a very relaxing spot.

We had an awesome experience at dinner Saturday evening because waitress Sarah made sure of that! And she was very attentive without being annoying. Then the food was so delicious! I had the house made Porcini Mushroom Ravioli that was not only plentiful but was one of the best foods I’ve eaten in a restaurant in a long time, including downtown Cleveland. Then a delicious berry desert that was like I’ve never had topped a perfect meal! This restaurant has it all …atmosphere, excellent service and a first rate chef Nick in the kitchen!

The food took forever. We were the only table. It was all cold. They had a limited menu yet their website mentioned nothing about it. The experience was nothing like what the website showed. We'll never return nor recommend to anyone.
