At work we ordered a large meal and picked it up. When we got it back at the office the order was all wrong! Items were made incorrectly and some were down right missing. When we called to have the order corrected, we spent 25 minutes on the phone between being on hold and the manager arguing with us about the order. The manager on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, especially since the mistakes were their fault! I think that'll be the last time we order lunch from them!My best suggestion, if your order is wrong, prepare for a fight on getting it fixed!

I just left this place and got the lunch special for $13 and ordered 20 traditional wings to go. It will definitely be the last time I ever go there. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. $41 for 30 of the smallest wings I've ever seen in my life. I'm surprised this place is actually still in business serving up these pathetic little wings. If you are going to charge big prices, at least have the decency to provide a decent sized wing.

I've had really good take-out service here for a while - the orders are accurate, ready on time and they got rid of that "takeout fee". Wings are always big and generous with the sauce.

Ordered the 10 piece traditional wings with a small order of potato wedges and a drink my total was $24 something. $27 after a $3 tip. I was taking it to go, but anyways I sit down to eat my food and look at the wings and they were the smallest wings I have ever seen. Not to mention dry and crusty. The potato wedges were dry like cardboard. Also the four pieces of celery that they charge you extra for was old and wilted. They could not even fill my ranch container a quarter of the way. I was still hungry after eating my almost $30 lunch. You couldn't pay me to ever go back there. If your going to charge that kind of money for food at least make it good. ???

I tried the Lemon Pepper sauce on my wings. Outstanding. I will be getting them again. The service was excellent.
We arrived close to 5pm on a Saturday evening We are usually greeted and seated by an employee but not this time. I like to sit in the bar area due to the numerous games being televised and the atmosphere in general. Even though it was not busy I saw tables that had not been cleaned off from previous customers. I’m talking drinks glasses, trays, napkins etc. So we went to the dining area and I noticed the same thing. We sat ourselves and eventually had to ask for a server since it appeared everyone was on break. Initially our waitress had a less than enthusiastic demeanor but she warmed up quickly and provided great service. The food was decent but prices have gone up here as well as everywhere else.

I sure wish that They could supply an APP that actually works. Employees don't know how to work it either. I'm trying to photograph My receipt for credit on the APP and it continues to crash before taking the picture.
