COLD FOOD. MOZZARELLA STICKS AND CHEEZY TOTS WERE ATLEAST 2HRS OLD. I ASKED THE LADY COULD SHE EXCHANGE THE MOZZARELLA STICKS FOR A BURGER AND SHE SAID NO, SHE HAD ALREADY "YELLED" TO THE BACK TO DROP ME A FRESH BATCH.... WELL ALRIGHTY THEN!!!LOL NEVER AGAIN SISTER. NOT TO MENTION, I HAD ORDERED A 8PC AND RECEIVED A 4PC BACK....

We were acknowledged the moment we walked in the door. The cashier was training a new employee but even so they were both very helpful. There was a bit of a wait due to a miscommunication with the line. However they were very adamant about making sure the order was correct & reiterated exactly what was on my son’s burger. It felt like we were important and the cashier and trainee actually cared about the job and the service. Wish I would have gotten the trainers name. He was awesome.Vegetarian options: They carry the impossible whopper and are usually in stock.

The Ghost pepper sandwich I tried was amazing!!! The service wasn't great but only because the woman would ask me questions, I'd answer her and then she'd ask again. That gets annoying after a few times! Overall though...excellent!!!

Was deciding what I wanted and while doing so, the manager asked the cashier w major attitude what that was in the back and the cashier gave attitude back saying that's how I make my lunch. Seeing that started to upset me. Then another employee went to get a drink and with an attitude again, the manager asks what he's doing. In the meantime, a customer walks in missing her fries and the manager walks by her 2 or 3xs w out acknowledging her then proceeds to yell at employees in the back about how there's ppl out front that need help but yet she couldn't help. A guy walks up n asks my order n tells me they're outta whoppers which is conveniently what I wanted cuz you know, that's what bk is known for.. and I ask, is she your manager? .he said yes. I said that's extremely poor management and I walked out. Like I don't want people w attitudes making my food for one and the fact that the manager didn't help, really put salt in an open wound. I went to a different bk. Didn't even get my food there. Super poor work environment. I absolutely would NOT want to work there w those 2 ppl. Sad thing thing being 1 was management.

So I live right by the downtown one, we go here often and when the gm is on shift there's never any problems. Today was different. We ordered online super simple. Went into the lobby and one of the MANAGERS went to the bathroom then came back in and immediately went to touch our food. Grabbed our fries put them in the bag. Literally didn't even wash her hands after opening the door to the kitchen just brought all that back with her and she bagged our food. We asked her if she washed her hands she got very snarky and rude to us.
