This is the worst burger King ever. They are too lazy to change the menu. I can't believe that anyone would go here. At 9 am I'm sorry we haven't changed our menu. Umm ok how do I know what to order ??? I'll pass I'm going to the 1 across from the court house. I can't believe this is even still open. The 10 minutes we were there there Noone else pulled in. They should close it down.

Drive thru super slow only 3 cars in line one at window guy in front of me and myself took 10 mins to get to speaker sheet guy in front of me for our of line and drive through the grass send like they only do one car order at a time before doing the next order

Just went there to try and get breakfast, they said they aren’t taking orders for 10-15 mins because they’re switching over to lunch... never in my life have I ever heard that. McDonald’s and any other Burger King have been prepared for their switch over. I’ve only heard complaints about this location. Will never go back.

This place should just close down. They are always out of food. Service is usually poor. Its a shame. I make this review after yrs of frustration with this place. I was sure once the plaza got new life with big lots that this bk would get better... nope its worse. :(

I called 3 times and then they took the phone off the hook! I called a different location to see who else I can talk to and she told me that they get calls about the Cleveland Street BK ALL THE TIME!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! My family just got food from there and once again it was a horrible experience! We are done with going to this one. I have been trying to call to speak to the manager and they took the phone off the hook! I called a different BK to get some info on who else I can contact and I was told they get calls about the Cleveland Street location ALL THE TIME!

First off it took 10 mins to take my order, I was the only person in entire line, Then it take an additional 15 mins to get my food ...and I ordered 2 bacon double cheese burgers...and got singles bacon cheese burgers. Every person. At this location including Management should be fired. I'm gonna give the local Health inspector come check this place out , if service is that bad ...I can only imagine hiw bad it really is.

Sitting in the Drive-Thru patiently waiting and not hearing anybody over the loudspeaker after repeated attempts to get someone's attention, then pulling up to the window and still not getting any help then finally driving around the building and seeing that there are staff on hand the entire time. HORRIBLE customer service!

This is one of our favorite BK's. Wish they would do some remodeling. That's my only complaint.

food seems microwaved. outdoor intercom is non operative. staff do no give receipts probably due to bad surveys. if you see cars in this drive thru it is because everywhere else has long lines. if the franchise owner reaches out to you about any problems do not waste your time. they do not ever respond to anything.

The look of the drive thru you have to dodge pot holes in their parking lot. Nice service and good prices though! 2nd time I went though drive thru tonight at 11 pm and they forgot onion rings and told me to pull around to give me order one person ahead of me. Pot hole no more and first onion ring had a hair in it, and they forgot to put them in my order so I drove back around and upgraded my onion ring to a medium (with a hair in it). Supposed to have cheeseburgers and came out as burgers without cheese. I used to work fast food and we always made sure orders were done right!Overall 6 out of 10 at this location. Girl was real nice and no receipt!!!! Calling to complain! Called that night and phone just keeps ringing. I guess they don't want to hear me complain!! :)
