I ordered delivery through the app, they had a deal on 2 pizzas. I paid for extra sauce on my pizza and they made them with barley any on it. I was quite disappointed as I like there food.

So happy with this location. They always take great care to pay attention to our order. I appreciate the pizza pro who allowed us to take a picture of him tossing the dough and the girls who entertained their questions.. My girls were fascinated with the viewing window watching their pizza get made! Also, this location is unmatched for flavor and freshness. Will drive from house on the opposite side of town to come here over any other pizza place. You guys rock!!Kid-friendliness: They were so sweet to my kids!

So after being nothing but a loyal customer ordering sometimes 2 times a week are order was wrong. No big deal! I call and the girl says I'm so sorry the girl that made your food is having a mental break down today ! My husband tipped 18 dollars on a 32 dollar order. Gave a girl 50 dollars had her keep the change. I told the girl on the phone do you want a picture or anything she said no. After she told me about this girl having a mental breakdown and all I asked her to comp me a salad for the mess up.The girl lied and said there was no more after asking me what kind I would like . 45 minutes later the remake finally comes and some dude says I need to see the sub. We showed him it and it was clearly a pepperoni ham and salami when we got steak! I will never order from them again all because of the woman that answered the phone and blamed it on a girl having a mental breakdown. Was told she is having to much of a bad day to deal with a very good high tipping costumer. I can't get over the level of unprofessionalism I delt with this evening!Please owner of dominoes email me! I did record the conversation. I did take pictures and showed the guy the uneaten messed up sub! You can go back and see we have ordered at least 50 times and we'll known for being a damn good tipper! Who ever handled today needs fired!!!

Every time we order it's wrong. We ordered 2 large, only showed up with one and was the wrong pizza. they said they would make 2 fresh pizzas and send them right away. Showed up 45minutes later with 2 pizza, one freshly made and the other looked like it was flipped upside down, and been sitting around in the refrigerator. Will never order from this location again. 8 years later they are spamming all reviews for 50% off to try and get five stars....nope, haven't ordered in 8 years from this location. They have newer reviews with the exact problem, spamming a national deal makes it worse. 1 star again just updated ?

No b.s. this is one of very few places I can honestly say that I have yet to be disappointed. Arrives quicker than expected. Food always hot and drivers are cool. . Wish they cut the cheese bread better but other than that their good in My book
