Customer service rep, Have been a daily shopper for my needs for the last two years at this location and am about fed up with the service from a few of your employees that always seem to have an issue when I go through those lines at customer service. If it's such a problem being polite and doing your job without rolling your eyes , breathing heavy, and the redness on the regular, from the last who is named Tiny. If she doesn't like her job then she should quit, and if it's just a personal thing and she hates everyone. Regardless. If her attitude does not shape up, I'll find a new store to do all my shopping at. I live literally right next door, but it is not even worth the convenience of being so close to have to get the attitude. I manage a local restaurant and deal with customers that are sometimes hard regularly, and never is it okay to give these attitudes. Your company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this attitude to go on so much. I have spoken to someone about he before and they say that's just how she is..... Maybe it's time you change that and ask your staff to start being polite and just do their jobs. You have until new years to fix this issue or I'll shop elsewhere.

The fact you must have an advantage card to use the self checkout is asinine. They had one regular register open and all the self checkouts were available. I tried to use the self checkout in lieu of waiting in line but couldn't. So I set my items on the belt and walked away. Ran to Walmart, used the self checkout, and was on my way.

Called at 12:30pm to see about a meat tray, the Lady in the deli said they ask for a 24 hr notice and asked what I was wanting, I told her and she asked for what time, I said 4:30/4:45 (same day) she took my order and called roughly an hour later that it was ready. she was very pleasant and prompt. The meat tray looked awesome. Highly recommend and would definitely order again.

Refused service of self checkout for not having Giant Eagle card. I don't do any cards and I don't know why I should stand for a long wait at one open register with a mile of open self checkouts not in use. I was told to use the register or leave. I responded the other Giant Eagles will let me use the self checkout and I was told to go to those stores. I left telling the guy who does not know what customer courtesy is to have fun restocking from my cart. Walked next door and gave my rejected business to Target. I will return and if the attitude is not remedied I'll continue making them spend labor cost restocking my items. I'll throw some ice cream and more perishables in there so they are against the clock for getting that restock done.

Giant Eagle Advantage Pay cost me 85.00 in bank fees, 30.00 of which came from Giant Eagle themselves. -Way to go saving me 30 cents per gallon though.
