Placed an order for delivery. My address was clearly stated. And I also put the cross street as I live on the corner. The driver said it was confusing cu I have a front door side door and back door. Mind you the address is clearly marked at the front door. She took my order back to the store and canceled my order. Apparently when you put done you live on the corner of x and y it confuses them and the have no clue what to do.

probably not the best business practice to keep mobile ordering open along side the store hours to only force customers to pull up to an almost 20 min wait in the drive thru because "closing at 10" doesn't actually mean close at 10, it actually means we close the doors at 9 to inconvenience the customer for pickup brilliant ?if your store hours say 10. keep the doors open. not hard.

Asked for and clarified a veggie sub with No cheese (I am vegan which I mentioned) Couldn't follow a simple request. Had a mental capacity of a squirrel. No wonder it's so dead here. Terrible service and food that had to be wasted. What a shame.
