I ordered a pepperoni melt pizza. There was no wax paper in the bottom of the box and the box is literally saturated in grease!

TRASH!!! You had one job and that was to make the exact pizza right that I ordered. Ordered extra garlic butter and parmesan for the crust. Instead, got the driest pizza and cheesy bread ever, hardly any cheese on it at that! Who has $25 to just give away?! Not I! Manager wanted to give $6 off on the next order. Who said I wanted to even order anything from you again?! This was already my 3rd time in a row that was not up to par. NOT! I had to feed this trash to my grandchildren due to it being too late for me to cook. So much for Marco's coming through in this situation. Maybe if they focused on doing the actual orders instead of having such a good time while working, which I've witnessed picking up food prior, maybe we can get our overpriced orders right. Never again!

i refuse to order delivery for a charge of 4.95 for driving two streets down this place is out of it's mind it's the most expensive in the entire city of Elyria and the food is sub par cheesy bread use to be my favorite thing and it's soggy and looks like the never clean there pans ever so sad how far down hill this scam artist owner has taken my once favorite pizza place
