This McDonald's needs to step up their game. Ordered a Mcdouble with no onions extra pickles. When I received my order, the burger was left with no toppings. Also ordered cheese burgers, and eating them the bun was stale and hard like cardboard.You're probably better off driving the extra 5 miles to the midway McDonald's in all honesty.

If I could give zero stars I would.The service is horrible and the employees are rude. They got the whole order wrong. Gave me half filled drinks and fries. They put cheese on hamburgers... the wrapper literally said hamburger and they still put cheese on it! I had to tell them my drink order three times before I received them all. She kept shutting the window and turning her back on me. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to get her/him.

Sometimes takes employees 20+ minutes to get food out to dashers to deliver. Super unnecessary and an excessive amount of time for dashers to be waiting; and it makes the food cold for the customer if doing multiple orders. At least the employees are all usually nice.

I went through the drive through they said cash only I had a code pulled up because they always say have a code ready and I wasted my points and they could not even grant anything to help the situation and the one manager gave me an attitude about it and said there was nothing she could do about it and I go to this McDonald’s all the time to get a frappe and if something happens they typically try to make the customers satisfied and I was not satisfied with how I was spoken to all she could have done was not give attitude and been nice about it and I would have said it’s okay
