Honestly this is the worst McDonald’s there is customer service is horrible, there never on top of keeping ingredients stocked I do not recommend this place to anyone one you have better chances at Burger

Please tell the staff to not come to work with heavy perfume on. Will run through the drive through in the morning on the way to work and the food in the bag absolutely reeks of perfume. It's on the wrappers, the bag, the napkins- everything. Overpowering smell. The kind of perfume everyone's elderly aunt wears. Been going on for a long time now and I always forget about it, but it happened again just a few days ago. Very friendly folks and service is good in the morning, but the perfumed food is really off-putting. Please address.

It is a hit/miss with this location! Some mornings they are on their A game. But lately, they seem to have came to work and still sleep! I wait for my curb side order for 20-30 mins sometimes! Which is just ridiculous!!!

I had a really terrible experience with the Sheffield McDonald’s on Detroit Road half hour before I came to this McDonald’s I was greeted as soon as I came to the door by the lady working behind the counter, she made sure all of our food was fresh wanted to make sure we got everything that we ordered including ketchup. I’ve had terrible experiences here in the past, but I’ve noticed a good improvement over the last five years so I’m taking away my original one star review and it’s now getting a five star review because of the good management skills and skills that the workers show because they show that they actually care whether it’s a mcjob or a real job, they’re still there to do a job and that’s what we need The only thing that I can say that needs to improve Is the cleanliness of the floor and the dining room the counters are a little sticky, but other than that the atmosphere was great, and the custom service was friendly maybe the Sheffield McDonald’s on Detroit should start taking note of how to treat your employees and act around a customer because it was a night and day difference

I've tried to give this McDonald's a chance over the years since I live right by it, the morning staff is great the night is awful. Fries are always so oversalted, I just waited 20 minutes to get new fries because they were inedible & they were still salty. Will never be back to this location 20 minutes for fries is ridiculous.
