No matter what you order they ask you to pull up , then they forget about you!!! Absolutely horrible!!! We always bring r kids here for the shamrock shake on St Patrick's day and I bet u can't guess what happened ??? If u guessed the ice cream machine was down une correct!!!! absolutely the worst McDonald's around!!!!

No staff , mobile order for pick up and the doors were locked , so we had to go through drive thru...which was long. 6 items ordered, 2 items were correct.

Ordered burgers with no onions and one of your brilliant workers hid onions between the patties in all of them. I don’t know who is hiring these kids but their managers should tell them that doing something like this could KILL someone with a severe onion allergy and your store would get sued.
Always missing items from orders, especially the morning /early afternoon shifts. Food is sometimes not fresh. The Managers all have attitudes and are very unprofessional. I would skip this location.

I have been going to this McDonald's for years and the last 5 times I went my frappes have been completely ice. It's really disappointing because I also worked at McDonald's for years and I know this is caused by not changing the bag for the frappe machine. To charge almost $4 for a speciality drink and have it be mainly ice and maybe two sips of the actual product the last 5 times I've ordered it, is bad business practice.
