One of the best Mr Hero's around. Not in a safe neighborhood though. The food is noticeably better than other Mr Hero in the area.

Food is ridiculously small. The cheesesteak was flat with barely anything on it. I asked for extra toppings on mines that werent even added. Never coming to this one

I literally drove to Elyria for a cheese steak, just for they lazy butts to hand me someone else's order. I walked in and the white lady gave me a look like she was mad I walked in at 8:34 pmWe tried calling before we got there and they ignored answering the phone. So we got there and received dirty looks from the manager and the cook.. listen y'all ,if you don't like your job, then stay home. Give someone that wants to work and love what they do a chance! And whoever the cook is,she needs training cause she put the jar of mayo on whoever sandwiches these belongs to ?I hope the owner sees this post like now! Folks check your food before you leave this location. Watch them closely. Don't go next door until your food is cooked.Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to Mayo and if I would've eaten this my throat would've closed on me. I'm very glad I checked the food. And I asked for lite veggies on the two 10 inch steaks

I don’t live in Ohio but I go here every time I visit family, the area not the best but the food is delicious and the service is good also small but they get the job done.

Horrible service they ruined the food still gave it to me and they touch the food with bare hands after touching money. Disgusting. Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning and ripped off on poor quality of food.
The food was hot and fresh.The service was very good and the staff was friendly.The price was fair, will have to try some of the other side next time I stop.

Hate to give a bad review but the Veggie Sub was missing Swiss American Cheese, Pickles, Banana Pepper, Pickle and Green Pepper it was still ok but just dont feel like I got what i paid for with only Letteuce tomatoe onion mayo with 5 items missing if they are out of these maybe they should let you know and the Cook/sandwich maker has a long beard and should be wearing some kind of hairnet protection over his beard.Vegetarian options: Veggie Sub Missing 5 itmes listed on menu Mayo Tomatoe onion lettuce sub disappointing
