I ordered at home online for a Time specific and I got there 20 minutes early and was going to get a cup from the lady working there and she said there is no order at 1:00 I said well here it is on my phone that's not proof she says anyways it's been two days and the money has come off my card and I have not been refunded or received any food. They seem very helpful not

I usually love Mr. Hero. My food was hot but tasteless. No seasoning on the cheese steak and fries were bland but greasy. Definitely not coming back here.
I had their food for the first time today. The staff were super helpful recommend8ng things for me to try. It seemed kinda empty when i went in but picked up quick as i sat there eating.awesome food, super clean, great staff i will 100% be back

I come here often and its usually ok but today was terrible honestly me and my girlfriend spent 26$ our sandwiches was cold and burnt we call 4 times and not a answer 5/24 I will not waste my money anymore and they forgot our cheese cups ?
