I called in to check on my order because the online tracker showed that the pizza was ready and would arrive in approximately 45 minutes. We live less than 10 minutes from the store (5 on a good day with no red lights) so we were confused and would just go pick the pizza up ourselves if it was just going to be riding around in someone’s car that whole time. The woman who answered was grumpy from the start of the call and responded when I asked that she didn’t know when the pizza would get there but that the tracker doesn’t mean anything and that a computer system decides which pizzas get dropped off first on the delivery route. I told her that I understood the driver had to make multiple stops but one time we ordered from another pizza shop that literally drove our pizza to North Ridgeville and back and it was cold and hard by the time it was delivered. She cut me off and put the phone down to go “check” on my pizza, came back and very rudely told me it would be there in the next 15 minutes and slammed the phone down. She obviously didn’t check because the delivery driver was walking up to my door as she hung up on me so it arrived in plenty of time and could have just been kind on the phone. The delivery driver was so nice which is the only reason I’m not giving one star. I hope to never deal with this woman again because she either hates her job or hates her life. The food was just okay.

It's horrible when u can't talk to someone or even find out about your order. I called 3 times to make an adjustment. Was transferred all 3 times and was on hold for more then 10 min and still no one answered.. now my order is out for delivery and the issue was not solved. Worst customer service I have experienced.. next time maybe have the employees find out what the issue is when they call 3 times.??

It struck me the place is always empty. The food is fine and the person who served us, who was also the manager, was a delight. Everything comes in takeout containers but it’s tasty and fast enough.

Took them over 2 hours to deliver my pizza that I ordered through their App, it ultimately got picked up and delivered by a third party. If don't have people to deliver then don't accept the orders, The pizza was late cold and obviously 2 hours old... I should have just ordered from door dash payed the extra to get it when I wanted it and it would have been fresh!!

Worst service, pizza and customer service. The manager needs to be educated on how not to be rude to they're customers or hang up on them. Order was wrong, and they are stingy and cheap on the toppings. Tried to call restaurant and manager keeps hanging up when trying to address order issue.

Just ordered everything was cold! It’s not the drivers fault bc I was tracking her she came right here.(they use DoorDash now. They don’t have their own drivers anymore!) I called the store to ask for garlic butter took 2 different calls to get through and she said she’d add it was rude and didn’t add it! Took 2 hours to get cold nasty food!!! Pizza has no sauce! They wings barely had any sauce either! Everything was cold!! I’ll never order from here again!!! Pizza Hut really went downhill!!! If I could give no stars I would!!!! Try to call to let them know and the guy that answered just cut me off mid sentence and put me on hold!!! I’m officially done with Pizza Hut!!!! I don’t know how they keep business like this?!?!!!

Tried to contact store itself numerous times and was not able to speak with someone directly at the store. Highly unacceptable that the only person you can speak to is an answering service that likes to hang up on you!

This store has gone down hill, and they are short people. But, no excuse for not telling people the truth. When you order a supreme pizza with everything on it and when you get home it is missing green peppers and the topping are little. Call the store say they are going to give you a credit of 5.00 on your phone account. Find out when you go there the manager says they stopped that over 8 months ago. You lost our business. You call the customer care dept. and no one answers the phone and tell you to call the store that your are complaining about

I would give a lower star review if possible. Waiting at the counter for 20 minutes for someone to show up and even acknowledge we were there. Nobody showed up so I walked out and went to drive off. Of course while going around the building to exit the lot everyone was outside having a good old time in the lot talking at someone's car and smoking. Terrible service.
