They wrung our order up and couldnt even understand simple directions. Added items on the order we never asked for. Charge us for way to much and never asked for it. Cant get a refund bc the manager is never there and theyre too ignorant to do a refund without one being there. Its sad. Even one of the employees said not to eat there and I never will again. Especially now reading all these bad reviews. And whats crazy is theyre all truthful. Just shut it down. Its useless.

I work as a manager in a food service and I know what things are like and understand issues but what I just experienced here was not right. We ordered some sandwiches and didn’t get one of them. We drove all the way home with one missing. Tried to call, nobody answered the phone just kept ringing. “We’re not allowed to answer the phone because of scams”. WTH !!!! Went back up to get the sandwich to be told they didn’t have the meatballs to make it. Why didnt they call us???????? Why didn’t they tell us that when we picked it up??????? (Because they “forgot” to tell us????) wth! Why did we have to go back up and get a different sandwich??????? If you don’t have it, it shouldn’t be online!! Not good service or communication. Y’all suck a$$. And no refund!!!! I WANT A REFUND. Apparently can’t get one because it was done online???? Should still be able to get one!!!! I WANT A REFUND!!

The person who took our order was terrible first off she needs to pull her shirt down no one wants to see a belly hanging over second she seemed like she was stoned out of her mind got our order wrong and when we said something she got very voicester with us . We just left without our food and will not be back again.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. They can't even get the sandwiches right when you order on the app, OR standing in front of them. They short ingredients right in front of you. When ordering from the app, NONE of the sandwiches were correct. When I called and when in, the staff didn't care and responded sarcastically. Avoid this Subway at all costs. Go across the street.

Every time I go the employee's seem like they don't care about their jobs. They don't work, they make you wait forever because they argue over who's going to take your order. They don't help one another or answer questions. They don't clean. They eat and drink right over all the other food. I went to get a sandwich today and had to wait because nobody wanted to serve me. When they finally did, they didn't seem to know how to make the sandwich, where anything was located, cross-contaminated toppings and added things I didn't ask for. After pulling the sandwich out of the oven she noticed the line was dirty, so she moved things to put my sandwich in the "cleanest" area on the counter. Then, when i asked for mayonnaise she went to ask another employee where it was, they replied "wait a minute", so she grabbed mayonnaise packets and started putting them on my sandwich. I left and went to the subway across the street. Apparently that happens a lot.

every time i walk past this subway a worker is in the back not doing anything while one person is on line with a line of customers waiting, and today i saw a worker literally sitting on the product eating their food? and how is there always at least 5 people there and the store looks like shet

I ordered online. Service was very slow. I ordered bacon on my melt and the worker was going to leave it on my sandwich raw. And ordered a BLT and didn’t put bacon on it! I highly don’t recommend online ordering here unless you WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR SANDWICHES!
