The food and employees overall is good. The owner is greedy and I won't be coming back. You can't get extra anything. I'll take my money elsewhere. They also don't accept coupons either.

I went there for a sub. Once it was finished. I handed them a coupon for my sub. They said that they do not take those AFTER the sub was made. There was NO sign that indicated this. It's a DISHONEST way of doing business.

The owner is an absolute disgusting person who is cheap and abuses her workers. Not only was my food disgusting I had to sit in and listen to the owner belittle her worker through speaker phone while trying to choke down my sandwich?, mind you there was only one person behind the counter and they don’t accept coupons. I felt bad for the girl and would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could?? Do better TRACEY NORTON??

My boyfriend had went to this establishment and ordered 2 sandwiches, one for him and one for myself. He ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Oven Roasted Turkey for me. When he got home, I started to bite into my sandwich and realized that it had bacon and rotisserie chicken, which was not what I ordered. My boyfriend's sandwich just had a bunch of veggies on it. She had mixed up both of the sandwiches to the point where we couldn't even switch them to eat them. When he called the establishment to let them know the sandwiches were made wrong, the lady who made our sandwiches (who I believe her name started with an M) answered and argued with my boyfriend over the phone about what my boyfriend ordered vs. what was made. She was very rude and short tempered and then continued to hang up on my boyfriend! Very unpleased with this reaction. $20+ down the drain because she refused to remake our sandwiches after my boyfriend was civil with her over the phone.

Worst sandwich I've ever had. Bread was not cooked all the way and was doughy. Employee kept touching stuff with her gloves and not changing them. Pre ordered because I had a limited time or I would have asked to have the sandwiches remade. Was supposed to have double chicken but could barely find any meat on it. Take the time to go to east River subway

I was looking for a breakfast sandwich but was informed that they did not have breakfast options. The Subway employee was pleasant and the atmosphere was nice and clean.

This Subway is terrible they do not accept coupons you get in the mail I mean why send out coupons in the mail when they don't accept them there's no point they're just wasting paper and second of all when you try to make an order online and there's an online deal like buy one get one half off when you get to the end and put in the promotion code this is this restaurant does not participate in this promotion okay you don't take coupons you don't take any online promotions what do you do I will not go to the subway because I mean it's a rip off it's the only Subway near my house and I just threw the coupons in the trash when I get them and there's no point in ordering online because they don't participate in any promotions so other restaurants do so I'll go to the other restaurants before I go to this one. Tried ordering online because of the buy 2 get one free deal and of course they're not participating...
